Service was performed satisfactorily but quoted service charge of $59 was more than doubled to $140. No justification for the charges was provided on the receipt and the technician did not seek approval or otherwise inform me of charges prior to commencing work. There were no parts issued and no hourly labor rate provided on the receipt. The technician spent less than half an hour checking out the system, resolving noise issue by tightening compressor bolts. How this inflated charge was calculated is a mystery. Communication of charges needs to be improved.

As always extremely professional and friendly. This company is an absolute pleasure to deal with. All of their service people are very positive about the Company. They are very dependable regarding scheduling.

They made it very easy. Called promptly after I made the request via Angie's List, had an opening and had it resolved in 5 hours after my first contact.

After having issues for a year with our A/C unit, We called Day & Night for an estimate. They were quick to respond and do the estimate. We had 3 companies come look at the system and these guys were the most thorough and knowledgeable on the system we had and the need for our home. We have had the unit for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier with the decision to go with Day & Night. They followed up and made sure the unit it running efficiently. More than happy with the quality of equipment and the customer service we have received through out the process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I called Day and Night about 8:30 this morning and told them of the problem with the water heater major malfunction and garage flood after reading the positive reviews on this site. By 10:15 Troy arrived and evaluated the problem. He was polite and professionally attired. I told him that we had just come home from vacation and had the water to the house turned off while we were gone and asked if turning the water back on may have caused the problem. He said that it certainly could have contributed to it and checked the water PSI coming into the house and found it to be 90psi. He then replaced the water heater and installed the PRV. He took all his work product with him and left the area spotless. We signed up for the yearly maintenance check up and received a discount on the work for doing this. We are very pleased with the service.

Comprehensive job with written feedback

Troy was on time, clean and made great suggestions based on his experience. After talking through our concerns we changed plans, ordered new parts and rescheduled our appointment. The next time he arrived he installed the faucets and RO system as promised and left our place better than when he found it. Super clean work and everything worked flawlessly. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Professional installation and I like that they come back out a week or so after install and run tests to make sure everything is running great.

Eric did a great job. He has been trained well, he is very detailed oriented. He explained everything that he is going to do and give me a report when he is done. I always ask for Eric when I request service.

In February 2018, our toilet tank "cracked" in the middle of the night (roughly 8-10 years old). In looking at price options, decided to have Day & Night replace the entire toilet with a Toto brand toilet. The installer (Brett?) came out to our Condo, inspected the situation, confirmed the repair/pricing, and did the work. We also had him repair the incoming water shut off valve as it was old and internally would not fully shut off the cold water intake when valve turned to shut position. He was prompt, clean, and courteous. An excellent experience and will use this firm again for future needs.

The team from Day and Night arrived 5 minutes early for their appointment. The 4 gentlemen, Andrew, Arron, Johnny & Ronnie were professional, informative, polite and quick! They knew their job, did what had to be done and cleaned up after the job was done. I would hire Day & Night again with out hesitation.

As part of their service package was able to not only have the hot water heater flushed, but also had a whole house plumbing inspection. Everything went smoothly.

All went well. The plumber showed up early, and was courteous and professional throughout the entire visit, explaining what was being done the whole time. I keep going back for a reason, always a satisfied customer.
