Description of Work: I requested my evaporative cooler to be service as start-up. |They came and charged me $240 on 3/22/16. The tech told me that the belt was not good but he did not have the part. After he left the cooler was leaking and the roof was all wet, I call them again and on 4/6/16 they came and charged me an additional $178.68 just to replace the belt that I have purchased myself and supposedly took care of the water leak. The cooler continued to leak for several days. I call the again and told them the problem was not resolved. They sent me another tech telling me that the floater is not working good. I called the A/C manager (Jason) and he told me that they will be an additional charge of $120, and I purchased the part again, my argument was that after paying that kind of money how come my cooler still is not fixed? After a heated argument I told them just to leave and told them after being a customer for 10 year if this the way they take care of their customer I do not want to see them ever again. They nickel and dime you without fixing the problem. |I also had an estimate for $16,000 from them to replace my air condition system. Told them to find someone else to take advantage. |Not the way to treat your customer. Get them out of your list. |

Description of Work: A 3 ton Trane Heat pump AC unit (XL14c) was installed on our tile roof top along with a new thermostat, some new duct work, enlarged roof opening, an enlarged metal air supply box and filter grill. The work went very well, on schedule and continues to be a great success. Our rep, Brian Kearley, was professional, easy going, answered all our questions and let us know Day and Night cared about our business and would be there after the sale and installation. I highly recommend Day and Night and Brian.
