He was very professional, punctual, kind, and extremely helpful.

Marlin arrived promptly at 7am to troubleshoot an A/C unit blowing hot air. Marlin found a broken thermostat wire and a contactor that had pitted and in need of replacement. He tested all connections at the thermostat and tested the A/C unit to make sure it was producing the correct amount of cooling and airflow. I would definitely recommend Day & Night.

Everyone that I dealt with at Day and Night, including the salesman, Marc, who first came to estimate the job, was very professional. They have a very nice office staff, as well, including Michele. They accommodated my schedule, were always prompt and cleaned up when they finished the job. They did not ask for payment until a technician came out and did the final inspection of the work performed. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this company. Great job! From the time of the call to the installation, things went perfectly. Jason was terrific. He was on time, and finished the job in a short time and left the bathroom cleaner than it had been. I will definitely use this company again.

The only reason my review isn't 'A' across the board is that the first appointment was pushed back because of illness and the second was scheduled between 1 and 4 p.m. the following day but wasn't on time. I did appreciate getting calls to explain the delays and I understand the extreme popularity of the offer. When Jason did arrive at 4:30 p.m. he went right to work and had the installation completed immediately. Jason was personable, professional and efficient and I will use the company for future plumbing needs.

The install went well and I am pleased with the hardware and labor involved. As Jason came in, I asked about a garbage disposal. He had one available at a reasonable price and quality. They arrived on time. The serviceman was very clean and neat. He installed the toliet in an unbelievable fast time. He was very nice, courteous and informative. Great service.

Jason came on Saturday morning, cleaned the line, ran the camera through the line, then showed me where the roots were. He gave me an estimate to replace the affected portion of the line (more accurate and considerably less expensive than another plumber I used). He also gave me other options to try before digging to replace the line. If his options work, they will save me thousands of dollars. Jason was professional and quite knowledgeable. Day & Night gave me the information and options I need to solve this problem.

I really wish there could be a rating better than excellent for this company! Jason arrived early and immediately diagnosed the problem and told me it would be $83 in addition to the $49 service charge. I agreed on that price and he went to work fixing the problem. Originally he was going to use the snake to unclog the drain entering through a vent in the roof. After he wasn't able to to unclog the drain from there he went into the house to use the snake there. When working inside the house he always wore shoe covers which I appreciated as to not track dirt in from outside. He had called me over and told me a pipe had burst in the cabinet next to the kitchen sink and there was water all over the kitchen floor. He asked for a mop and cleaned up the water and he asked if I would like him to wash the pans that had water in them that were under the cabinet. He showed me that the sealant they used on my original pipes had been sealed with silicone and he real sealed them properly for me. Since I just bought this house I had no idea what the original plumbing looked like. He finished quickly even though the job became a lot more complex than he originally planned for it to be. I was thinking that because of the extra work he had to do it was going to be a lot more expensive than his original quote but to my surprise the total was only the $132 he had quoted me before. I had a $30 off coupon from the Day and Night A/C website which he honored and my total after tax was only $107. He did an incredible job and I plan to always use this company for any problems that may arise with my new house in the future. I had been budgeting calling a plumber would cost me upwards of $300 from past experiences but this company is honest in their prices and will not try to haggle you into paying more for a problem that doesn't really exist just to get a few more bucks out of you. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

Professional and friendly without any sales pitch. I would definitely recommend this company. The plumber installed a new shower valve and trim in the master bathroom. He did everything what I expected plus took the extra effort to keep the area clean. I took advantage of the daily deal for $89 for 2 hours of plumbing service...great price and great service

Jason arrived ahead of schedule and he called prior to his arrival. He was professional, knowledgable, pleasant and a great communicator. When he was not pleased with the results he received with his first attempt to clean out my drain, he volunteered, without prompting, to make another attempt. He is excellent and overall he did a great job. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. During the time of the project, he told me about a device that makes the water hotter faster, and in no way did he try to sell me the product; I just decided it was a good device. He was very prompt and efficient.

Due to the age of our house, I decided to replace our entire A/C-heater system. We picked three reputable contractors after consulting Angie's List and a GC friend. All three came out to give estimates. The salesman from Day and Night was very punctual, clean, well spoken, well mannered and knowledgeable about the product and process. He took the time to inquire about living habits and existing issues that could be fixed with a new install. Based on a pressure test he conducted in one room, we decided to add a new supply and a new return in that room. After reviewing the quotes from all three contractors, including price, scope and warranty, we selected Day & Night. They were able to schedule the work at a time that was acceptable for us and the crew showed up on time. They were all clean and well behaved and immediately set about putting carpet protection down as they would be going up and down the stairs all day. Part of the job required the installation of roof vents which required removing tile and cutting through the roof boards. The crew's supervisor did the work and it appears to be very well done. The rest of the installation went very well. The new supply and return were installed in the proper locations with no damage to the ceiling drywall. The new blower, evap coil and heater were installed with proper plenums. We elected to replace much of the flex duct and the new duct was installed and hung properly with no excessive kinks. The foreman decided to make a few new duct runs into the supply plenum to better balance airflow. The compressor/condenser unit was installed on the existing pad which was relocated and set into the ground properly. The work was done by 4pm and another hour was spent checking out the unit, verifying heat and cooling functions. One installer showed me the new digital thermostat and how to program it. They cleaned up their mess very well--hard to tell someone did all this work. The crew told me that they damaged the trim for the scuttle hole to the attic and promised that they would send out a finish carpenter to do the work. I got a call two days later from that sub-contractor and he came over on Saturday and rebuilt the trim to better than original. No charge to me. Day & Night followed up with a call in a few days to schedule a checkup. The technician came out and spent about 2 hours crawling around everything to make sure it was working. The salesman came by as well to pick up his check (NO MONEY DOWN--100% payment after the job was completed). They also scheduled a blower door test to verify that all of the ductwork is properly sealed--that work is scheduled for this weekend. All in all, we are very happy with the whole process and the system seems to be working just fine. We will definitely refer friends to Day and Night and will use them for follow up service visits.
