Scheduling was easy. Jason arrived on time and completed the toilet installation efficiently. Jason was friendly and professional and cleaned up after he was done. He needed to bring a different lid the following day and called to make sure he would deliver it at a convenient time. They called to check in on our experience. We would definitely use their services again.

I got home from work to find the house like an oven and the AC not doing anything. I called Day & Night on Friday morning and they arranged to have a tech come out that afternoon. The tech arrived promptly and performed a quick check of the system. He identified the problem and let me know my options clearly. In less than an hour, he had my AC up and running. I would definitely recommend Day & Night for their professional and efficient service. In a follow up, I got back from a vacation on Friday evening and found the AC off again. I called Day & Night and they promised to have a tech out by Saturday noon. They actually called me back on Saturday morning to tell me a tech could come at 8 am if it would work for me (4 hours without AC in a Phoenix July is a lifetime, so this was definitely a lifesaver). They not only replaced the burned-out fuses and charged me only for the material costs, but the tech also identified a possible problem in my electrical panel. All in all, I'm very impressed with Day & Night and would recommend them to any and everyone.

I found this company on Angie's list, everything positive stated about this company is true. I was extremely impressed with the receptionist which was my first contact with the company. This company has restored my faith in business professionalism and trust. The technician upon arrival immediately put on shoe covers and floor covers in each area where he was working. He did not leave any dirt or dust. I was extremely impressed with the report he gave me explaining in detail the work he had completed. I highly recommend Day & Night Air Conditioning-Heating & Plumbing. I have been using other air conditioning service companies for over 20 years and have never received such excellent service.

Day & Night Rocks! Our air conditioner quit on the hottest day of the year (114 degrees) and the company we've used for this property and our 2 rentals for the past 6 years said they couldn't come until the next morning. I checked Angie's List and called Day & Night at 5 pm. Their technician, Braeton Reames, called me at 5:25 and said he was 20 minutes away. He showed up at 5:45, put shoe covers on before entering our home and was totally professional. He discovered that the fan motor was out. Braeton offered to have the office see if we could get the part under warranty. He called the order in, the office called me in the morning and let me know it was under warranty and gave me the installation quote. Another tech delivered the part and Braeton returned that afternoon and installed the part. We discovered that the unit started to make vibration noises. I called Day & Night the next morning and Braeton returned that afternoon to see if he could adjust the setting. It seems that the new motor brought to light that the blower wheel was not working correctly. He also made sure we could get the replacement under warranty and that will be installed on Monday.

Called Day and Night Air Condition at 6:30 AM and by 12:30 that afternoon, the work was completed. Casey arrived on time. He as very friendly and I felt confident of his assessment of the problem. He did the repair quickly and efficiently and we are very pleased with the overall experience.

Great service. The AC quit on a hot July evening. I called at approximately 6:30 PM. Braden showed up around 7PM - earlier than expected. Called (I wasn't there) within 1/2 hour to tell me he was done. I wish every company I dealt with was this good.

The technician found the problem - a blown fuse - and fixed it. Technician is also scheduling basic tune-up (coils need to be cleaned.)

Very well, Showed up same day, on time, figured out the problem and fixed it. Service was excellent.

Overall, it went well, despite the news I received. We just moved into a new house, and started having plumbing problems from the get go. Before Day and Night came out, we had already had the plumbing main snaked approximately 2 weeks before, and we developed plumbing backups again in those two weeks. That is why wanted the video camera to see what we could find out. The technician arrived on time, he was confused about the service he was to perform at my house, he thought it was some other type of maintenance. Once he confirmed the work, he went to the main pipe and put his camera down, then encountered problems, so he then snaked the pipe all the way up to the maximum length of 100 feet. He then sent the camera down again and was able to get out to 50 feet, and that was it. He advised me that the pipe install was not correct initially, and recommended that the pipe had to be reinstalled properly to prevent plumbing problems. He asked me if I wanted a quote for that entire job, and I told him yes, but as of today (one week later) I have not received any estimate. In this area, I am disappointed since a plumbing problem with the main pipe, and in light of having to snake it twice in two weeks to clear up plumbing backups, that is an urgent issue for us and their failure to for follow-up right away led me to go with another contractor.If you are not in the urgent need, I think the quality of their work meets expectations from my experience.

Used an Angie's list special. Easy to schedule, showed up on time, performed service and explained service, equipment, and how to operate. Very professional and friendly.

What a wonderful experience! My A/C stopped working suddenly on a Saturday around 5pm. The temperature in the house jumped 10 degrees in about 30 minutes, so I knew I need to do something fast.I contacted Day & Night immediately and was told a technician would be over between 7 & 9pm and I was fine with that. In actuality, the technician showed up around 6:30pm! CJ was more than professional! He looked at the unit, quickly identified the problem and explained everything to me in great detail. The whole problem was taken care of in about an hour. The cost was very reasonable and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience, with Night & Day and with CJ. I will definitely be using their services again!

Day and Night had previously done some work at my place and I was comfortable with their honesty and professionalism. They were not the cheapest, but the trust factor was worth it to me. I had requested the larger water heater, but when Jason arrived he determined it would not fit in the space available. He was able to switch it for the smaller size without any delay. Thank you so much.

Called for an A/C tuneup Saturday morning and they scheduled a person the same afternoon. CJ Lindauer, called 25 mins ahead of arrival to reconfirm that the time was still good for me. CJ showed up 25 mins later and was very professional in how he explained the various items he would be checking. Very courteous in his conversation. Explained everything clearly, and did not talk down to me as a customer, who is not familiar with all the details of how an A/C works. CJ did not try to push any services that were not required (hard to find nowadays when everyone seems to have something that needs to be sold over and above what they are called for). Because of CJ's professionalism and sincerity, and the way he explained the value of the annual maintenance plan, I did sign up for the annual maintenance plan. My cost for the day's service was applied towards the cost of the plan. CJ represented the company very well, and if all employees are like CJ, the company will have a very loyal customer base. Thank you CJ.

This is my first time chosen Angie’s list partnership company and perform a home improvement project. I chose to install a whole house hot water re-circulation system daily deal to reduce the time it takes hot water to reach my shower and sinks from minutes to seconds. In the same time, I can save my water bills dramatically. Plumber Randy had a courtesy phone call thirty minutes prior appointment and came on time. He detected my two master room’s laboratory faucet were not working and recommended to replace the pipe connection. Unlike other plumbers, Randy wore his company’s clean uniform professionally, put his dark blue shoe covers on to step inside the house, and brought several dry towels and water bucket to collect waste water. He also brought all his equipment in his tool bag. Unlike others, some will keep walking back and forward to the van and look for some tools and wasting time. He completed the whole task in about 90 minutes, including fix two sinks, install the timer and rewire the connection, and have the water heater flush to remove sediment. Unfortunately, his tablet’s printer did not work properly, so he needed to have his office and mail me a job receipt for warranty and record. Before he left, he went back my master bedroom one more time and ensures there is no leaking and test the instant hot water feature. When he took out his hose from the water heater, he also used his towel and dried out any water marks remaining. Overall, it is a great experience and does not leave many water marks, dirt on my white tiles and carpets. Thank you Randy,

Got home from work at 5:15pm to a hot house. Realizing that our A/C wasn't working I got on Angie's List to find a reputable company. Called Day and Night and Kasey arrived 45 minutes later. He diagnosed and replaced the fan motor and capacitor. He was prompt, professional and very friendly. We are very happy with the service we received and will definitely use Day and Night again. We even signed up for an their Advanced Maintenance Plan.

They did a good job and did exactly what they were supposed to. The only set back is that there was a bit of a miscommunication and I had to wait about a week and a half.

Randy Ailport, plumber came to the house and found that there was a "glitch" in my order. He had to go back to 7th Street in Phoenix from Scottsdale to remedy it. Randy did so without complaint and insisted on providing the service right away as scheduled, instead of having me re-schedule. The work was very professional and so was Randy. Good experience. Will have them do additional work next month. Thoroughly met my expectations.

Jerry was right on time, very helpful and courteous. Quickly diagnosed the problem and made the needed repairs.Would use this company again.

I did not get very good response from this company when I called for an appointment. I initial gave them an "F" rating based on that. I was contacted by the owner who apologized. He did so in a professional manner and I respect that - I have revised my review accordingly. I hope Mr. Martin can determine the breakdown with the folks handling the phones that day and I agree with him that everyone has a bad day once in a while.

While I did not ultimately use Day and Night to replace my ailing HVAC system, I was very impressed by the tech sent out. He performed a full manual J, discussed all of the available offerings and answered my unending onslaught of questions about how best to optimize the airflow in my home. While I did not use Day and Night for this particular job, their professionalism will ensure that I do recommend them to others. I was very pleased, I did not feel pressured in any way and I believe I received a fair, thorough and well informed estimate.

They were professional and they did good work.

Punctual polite techs performed quick and neat.They filled out the APS Rebate Request forms for me.We are ready for the Summer season.

First they sent out one technician then had to send another one because the first person could not fix the problem. They said that it was a whole bunch of work and they were going to have to do a bunch of air flow tests and everything and that it would be expensive. I was planning to have them come out to do it but then my boyfriend came back home and he fixed the problem right away so I did not end up needing any of that. But they were very nice; there could be more problems and maybe my boyfriend just did a temporary fix, I don't know. The second technician seemed to be more knowledgeable than the first; they took their time and tried their best but could not figure out the problem. It was very nice that they did not charge me for the second time they came out but the first guy did not really do anything; I say their pricing is moderate. They tried their best and it is not their fault that they could not find anything. I would try to use them again in the future.

The job was swift, clean, and professional.
