Attic Construction AZ, LLC

I have nothing but great words for this outstanding company. My story is lengthy but I hope those that might have some reservations about having this done will have the confidence to do it. I actually found this company on Google. I was having my HVAC system replaced because rodents had gotten into the attic space and chewed up the wiring. I knew that we had "critters" off and on, but we live in the country with a grove and always heard that this was normal. The original attic company never showed, I needed a company ASAP and Attic Construction returned my call immediately. I explained my problem and they came to the house the same day. Zach took pictures and showed me some of the problems that we could see and some that we couldn't. He was very professional and provided such excellent customer service that he put me at ease. He also took time to speak to the HVAC company and coordinated with them. The crew showed at the expected time and got right to work. Fidel, Miguel, Jesus, Anthony, and Alejandro all worked together with smiles and took pride in their work. No cell phones during work for these gents! They definitely exceeded my expectations. The job took longer than was expected but no one expressed any concern about that, even though it was a Friday evening. After the job was completed, Fidel showed me the before and after photos. What a difference! I can't believe the horrible filth that was living right above my head! Please if you need ANY attic construction or repair please consider this exceptional company. BTW, I have 6 dogs and 1 cat and none escaped. To me,that was as important as the fabulous job.

When the project was complete the techs took inspection photos. The pre-inspection photos were great. However, once I paid them, they sent me a photo that wasn't even my house. I called their customer service about this, and the rep said "the techs camera was just pointing that way". I contacted the guy who took the photos, and he sent all the correct photos. I think their customer service department needs some work.

Clear estimate. Ready to hire within the week after estimate. Job completed in timely manner. Great feedback and results emailed to me directly with before and after photos.

The work performed from start to finish was excellent. Mike Alba, the site supervisor, met with me on more than one occasion to reassure me of his and his company's commitment to resolving my rodent problem. All of the individual technicians who performed work for me were pleasant and professional. This also includes the administrative staff who set up follow up appointments and handled photo and billing e-mails. Overall, if needed in the future, I would rehire this company.

The estimate was an easy process and I was provided pictures with a thorough explanation of the install. The installation was professional and the administrative were extremely helpful in completing the transaction over the phone. Would definitely recommend.

The whole process was effortless and quick. Met with Tony (very knowledgeable and helpful) on a Monday and had the insulation replacement done that Friday! The crew leader Franklyn made sure to address any concerns I had and was very responsive to any requests I had. The crew members, Mathew and Jose, were very personable and hard-working. Once all the work was done, they cleaned up and left the house with no evidence of their time here.

I would give more stars if they offered more! VERY impressed with this company. The customer service was amazing. Adam was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. Today I had Franklin, Matthew and Tony over to clean out all the old yuck in the attic and then they fixed all my vents and any holes. I was amazed at how hard these three men worked. I didn't hear one complaint all day long --- and IT WAS HOT! The entire crew was so professional, experienced and honestly were smiling every time I saw them. They went above and beyond what was asked of them. They all seemed so committed to making sure that I was happy, They even sent out a very nice fellow named Fidel to inspect the job and to also chat with me and get my thoughts. I have already referred this company to two of my friends and HIGHLY recommend them to you! It WAS worth every penny I invested!!

I can't begin to express how impressed I am with this company. Adam was the sales person who came out and took pictures of the attic and explained the procedure. He was absolutely amazing. Professional, kind and very helpful. The crew that came out to my house today was Franklin, Matthew and Tony. All three of those young men couldn't have been more professional and experienced. They went above and beyond what was asked for them. They smiled all day long and not once did I hear any complaining - and it was hot hot HOT up there. The job was done and cleaned up perfectly. I highly recommend attic Construction I could not give them enough Stars. I have already referred them to two of my friends.

Wonderful personnel, efficient, clean and on time.

Mike Alba provided us with a very thorough inspection report complete with pictures and assorted options to complete the work. He also answered follow-up questions the same day via text message or a phone call. Robert and Carlos arrived early, then quickly and efficiently got the work underway, with an impressive amount of prep work to make sure that nothing was damaged while they worked. Once the work was complete, Carlos went through everything they had done, including a review of the pictures taken during the installation. The clean-up was meticulous and you won't even know they had been in your house. I would highly recommend Attic Construction to anyone looking for an insulation contractor.

When I got an appointment call reminder on a Sunday afternoon(as promised) I new this company was focused on making the customer happy. I can't begin to say how happy and pleased my wife and I are with Attic Construction Inc. From start to finish A #1job. Adam Nusinovich was the technician who came out and did our inspection. Adam was fantastic. The inspection report we got from Adam was absolutely as complete as it gets. Ia asked a question, I got a straight answer. He took pictures of our attic and I could see why we needed new insulation. Adam broke out the pricing for the job. All total I would say he spent a good 90 minutes with me. By the time Adam left there was no doubt the we were going with the best in the business. The crew leader for our job was Layne Haugen. He called 30 minutes before arriving, again as promised. Layne was awesome as was his crew. He explained how the job was going to go step by step. I knew right away the job was going to be done to the highest standards. The house was protected so things would not get damaged or dirty, and when they finished they cleaned up everything. Twice Layne showed me what was done so I knew the job that was promised to me was in fact being done. To see the attic all cleaned up, patched up where needed was great. Seeing the end result was just amazing. Insulation every where, up to where they said it would be. Even I could tell the job had been done by experts. You will get a great price and a superior job when using Attic Construction. Give them a call and asked for Adam for your technician and Layne Haugen as your crew leader.

I would give 6 starts to Attic Construction, if I could.  They just completed their second job for me.  Both jobs started with Tony.  He has great expertise in this field, is accurate, reliable, personable and reasonable.  A rare set of attributes. He provided me with fair and reasonable quotes for both jobs, which were performed on budget, on time and as to specifications. The crews were also great both times. On time, polite, efficient, quiet, hard working and quality work. The first job was to insulate the attic of my garage. It was so hot in there before the R-32 insulation was put in, and now it stays cool all day.  My second job, last week, was to insulate our house attic, adding in R-32 again to get to a total of R-49. It is making our second floor way more comfortable, and our AC runs far less of the time, so I am expecting some good energy savings. Great job, Robert and Matt. I highly recommend Attic Construction. I am getting nothing for this review and I will probably not need Attic Construction's services again, but if I do I will certainly call them and recommend them to anyone needing attic cleaning, additional insulation, etc.

Competitive price and crew did GREAT job!!

Tony Goldman was our representative for Attic Construction and he was very professional! He took his time to crawl into the attic during the initial consultation and clearly explained what the company would be doing to remove the old insulation, sanitize the attic, rodent proof the entire house and attic, and blow in the new insulation. The working crew on the day of the project was the most hard working group of guys. They worked hard to get everything done in one day. The house smells and feels much lighter after having Attic Construction, Inc here.

They were very professional. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves. When I had a problem with some insulation drifting out after they were gone, one of the workers came, blocked that hole with silicone and the problem was solved.

Did a great job - followed thru on everything they promised and made sure they did not leave any mess when they were done.

Not the lowest cost but very professional and I like the higher quality of blown in insulation.

I was very impressed with Attic Construction! From the initial inspection to getting the blown-in insulation, I am beyond pleased with the work they did for my house that had a filthy attic with little to no insulation.

Thorough, professional and pleasant to work with. Sanitizing an added bonus for the project.
