Prompt callback, very courteous, had someone out to measure within just a couple of days. We were thinking we needed a new patio slider but George said we just needed to replace the rollers. Sweet! RedLine ordered the parts along with a new screen door and a week later voila! we’re good to go. Installer had the new rollers installed and the new screen door ready to use within about 45 minutes. Yes we will recommend this company. We were treated right.

Some final invoicing challenges, but otherwise, great value for the money and great quality of work.

Out sliding glass door was very difficult to operate. After evaluating the project and a couple of visits later, Redline technicians were able to solve the problem. We are very happy with our sliding glass door now and grateful that we didn't have to replace it!

Update Tech came out and resolved all issues. Tech removed window then left for an hour to go down the road to pick up parts he broke. Didn't have top and bottom beads in shop nor on another truck. In addition bent outside bead where water will collect. Company called back stating will cost another $130. $70 for beads and $65 service call!! Wth? For parts you broke and should've fixed the first time? How about I charge you $70 for leaving my air conditioner run for an hour going out the window opening? Seriously how unprofessional can you be?

From my phoning RedLine for a quote, through measurements and installing, everything went quite smoothly. All the CSRs that I spoke to on the phone, to the Installer were great people. Professional, but friendly. RedLine gave me a range of $210.00 to $240.00 to replace a double-pane window in my Tower Dormers, which was from 12.5% to 45% lower than a single quote from the other places that I called. Thanks, guys!
