I live in a gated community with an HOA and had a window that needed replacing. There was only one window I could use and it was a bit expensive, but I had no choice in that matter. Red line was did a great job Nd we had no bad surprises with the job or the final bill. It was exactly as quoted and they did a nice neat job. You can't tell it isn't original to the home.

Screens they made for my odd shaped windows fit perfectly! Very happy to be able to open my windows now and not have bugs come in with the fresh air.

The company did not schedule 2 men for what really should have been a 2 man job. Luckily I was able to assist. Both from a physical requirement and safety aspect, 1 man was really not sufficient.

Project start was delayed because of parts on order. Had to follow up myself on status of required parts - seemed like they dropped the ball on follow-up with the supplier. Once that was straightened out work was done expeditiously and well.
