Description of Work: We had about 2800-3000 square feet of carpet that needed to be cleaned. It was a mess. We thought for sure we would have to replace it or at least some of it. But he was able to get it all clean and all the stains out, saveing us a ton of money by not having to replace any carpet. He was punctual, professional, worked hard and I would highly recommend Horizon Carpet to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned!

Description of Work: These folks replaced the carpet in the living room after my visiting daughters dog dug a whole in the center of it while she was napping on the couch. Stuff happens! We needed the carpet replaced prior to a house full of guests for Thanksgiving and went to our local Lowes to purchase installed carpet with upgraded padding (promotion). Lowes sent these folks to conduct the installation of the carpet purchased and they were most accommodating. They were prompt, courteous, and professional... they even worked around our 80 year old, wheelchair bound father who wanted to be right there "supervising"! Would like to use them again when we replace the rest of the carpet eventually.

Description of Work: Horizon's truck looked brand new, but the quality of their work is a failure. The water the workman used must have been dirty because I am going to have to have the carpets cleaned again -- certainly not by Horizon. It took two whole days for the carpeting to dry and the streaks remained after it dried. Horizon Carpet cleaning was a complete waste of money.
