They were great to work with and did a great job. I needed it done right away and they were responsive and accommodating to my schedule. I gave them entry instructions so I was not there when the work was performed. They called afterwards to make sure I was satisfied their work. Their prices are competitive as well.

Everything went well and I did not encounter any problems. They were on time for the appointment and we were able to agree on a mutual time. I was satisfied with the results and I plan on using them in the future.

It was wonderful and my carpet look brands new. They were very fast and showed up on time for the appointment. One gentleman came and it took less than an hour to do the work. They even double cleaned some areas that looked extra dirty. He was also very tidy and cleaned up well after himself.

I called Horizon Carpet & Tile Cleaning to clean carpets in 2 rooms. They gave me a price over the phone and did not charge any extra when they did the cleaning. The technician did a very good job.

He was very professional and got the job done quickly . The price was very reasonable for all the carpet that we had. They even were able to make a last minute adjustment to what we had scheduled and came on a Saturday.

I am satisfied and will be calling Horizon when carpet cleaning time arrives again. My neighbor used them as well.

When the appointment was made I requested a test clean of a patch of tile so that I could decide if I wanted them to clean the tile as well of this rental home. When he finished the carpet, I asked about the test spot of tile. The technician seemed put out and said that all of his equipment had been put away (I didn't think it was the same equipment to clean tile/grout and carpeting), and he said that it would leave an obvious clean spot which I wouldn't want (well that is the point, if it looked so much better, I would certainly have hired this company to do the tile as well). Overall, they performed the requested service but later I found that the price was higher than others, and the promised tile test did not turn out well. There are too many competitors in the business, I would try another company in the future.

I have used Horizon Carpet Cleaning for over 8 years. Adam came to my home last week and cleaned all the carpets that I have in my home. He did a magnificent job, my carpets look great and he was even able to work on a paint spill that my painter made. It looked so much better that probably I am the only one who will notice it. This is a family run operation and they are top notch.

When I called I got the answering machine explaining that there was a family emergency, but they would return calls the next day, which they did. (Great to get that information on the recording on when to expect a call to be returned instead of being left wondering.) I was able to schedule the service very quickly. The final price came in less than what they quoted over the phone. Very happy. Will definitely be using them in the future for carpet cleaning as well.
