They are a very courteous and knowledgeable and professional company the people that work there are very nice I would recommend them to anyone who asked me about the air conditioning services

Rebecca answered the phone, walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, quoted the lowest price we found, and scheduled us for only two days out. When they wound up having an earlier opening on the schedule, she called and we were able to move our appointment to sooner. The installers arrived on time, completed the work, and even came back to fix some minor, cosmetic damage. Always Fair Heating and Air is now our go to HVAC company.

Brad is great. He did exactly what he said he would do. The guys showed up on time and were pleasant and efficient. They did leave the entrance to my attic cut with air slipping thru the cracks. I would have given them a 5 if it was not for that. Brad took care of it and had a handyman show up right away. I would have given them a 4.5, but the office staff lowered it. The woman in the office was disrespectful, and her follow-up was terrible. But Brad came to the rescue and addressed my issues. Work with Brad directly. He is great!

Brad provided his quote on July 4th. He comitted to a Wednesday install and the crew was right on time. They were in and out in 3 hours and we had air again. Pricing was fair. They keep room in their schedule for emergencies which our case certainly was and they were 1/2 the competiton which could not even provide an install date.

Brad was quick and fair with his quote. His staff were prompt on the day of install and responsive to our request to wear a mask around my mother. The new air conditioner was install within a couple hours and house was back to cool in no time. Office staff was efficient in the follow up. Definitely recommend them!

First day everything went well. Paid them in full. Then everything turned sideways. Hole in my wall, system not cooling below 84. Numerous repairs, two weeks later everything repaired and done. Workmanship was poor and had to dog them to get things done. Really got feeling there were ethical issues with the company. Company has been in business less then a year working out of residential unit. No, I am worried about warranty and maintenance services.

Brad's staff were some of the best techs that I have ever worked with. They arrived at my home at the scheduled hour and completed the task of replacing my old unit and installing my new unit quickly got me back into a cool home. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to be treated well and get a great installation of Air Conditioning unit.

Their name says it all. They were the only company that was willing to give me a basic quote over the phone so I had some idea of pricing. The other two companies I received bids from were much higher-priced for the same service, and tried to upsell products and repairs I didn't need. Always Fair didn't find any of the "repair" issues I was told I had by a different company, and they quoted a final price that matched their initial quote. The installation took only 5 hours. They arrived at 6am and were done by 11am. I highly recommend Always Fair.

Actually, you can't give a fair rating of the work quality on the first day your system is installed. All I can say at this point is that I am delighted with everything I have experienced so far. Delighted and very impressed with Always Fair Heating and Air's care, efficiency, speed, and expertise. It certainly seems the installers are amazingly skilled, fast, and extremely efficient. Everything is working well; this is a matter of hours after the installation had been completed. I imagine in a week I would have more to say, but at the moment all is great! Truly Impressive

Really really comfortable to do business with. The price was right, but not why I hired them. It was the immediate rapport I had with the owner of the company. I knew the work would be done well, on time, and tom y satisfaction. It was! Great customer service all around.
