Description of Work: I needed to replace a 20 year old pool pump, which had failed and was sent to Bluepoint by my home warranty company. The technicians explained my options clearly and without bias toward upselling. My choices were basically replace the pump with an equivalent single speed pump (low capital cost, high operating cost) or an efficient variable speed pump (high capital cost, low operating cost). I did the math and it was obvious that the latter would pay for itself in a couple of years, and that's reflected in the cost of the service. The technician who performed the work showed up on time and was efficient. I am completely satisfied with the installation work. The price they charged me for the pump itself was average.

Description of Work: We have used BluePoint for pool repair services for the past several years and have always been happy with their quality, price, and punctuality. We recently were transferred out of state and had BluePoint take care of weekly pool service during time between when we moved out and when we closed on the sale of the house. We were very happy with the way in which they maintained the pool and kept it looking great and in good operation while the house was on the market.

Description of Work: Filter pop ups and the light inside pool were not working. Bluepoint fixed everything in the time frame given and stayed within budget. We have used them in the past and they are our go to pool/spa repair company. They are always friendly and reliable.
