It went great. There were a lot of vents and two men took about 3 hours to complete the work.

I received a call prior to arrival and he's running a little late. No problem, it's impossible to be on time unless you're the first appointment of the day. I understand that. I describe the problem with our stove. It beeps intermittently, the oven light has turned on by itself, when using the oven to bake it can turn itself off before it should. First question asked, " have I seen an error code?". Only once I reply but the code was displayed for a fraction of a second, not long enough for me to write it down. So naturally the stove doesn't beep while he's at the house, no error code shows up and the oven is turned on during the whole service call without acting up. So he gives me the price of the computer board which he believes is causing the problem. Without an error code, there's no way he knows for sure what's going on and there's no way he can test the board on the premises or make the stove act up to show an error code. Anticipating such a possibility I had a second appliance that needed fixing. The ice maker would not dispense ice, crushed or cubed. He disassembled the part called the ice bucket and saw some bent pieces of metal that were causing the problem. I had to catch him as he started this repair because he was working on our new granite counters without any surface protection. I grabbed a thick towel and replaced the tools and disassembled parts onto the towel. He should have asked for surface protection before starting disassembly. He suggested that only cubes be dispensed in the future as crushing the ice would probably cause the unit to stop functioning. A better solution would be to replace the ice bucket. The prices quoted for the stove and the refrigerator parts were considerably higher than prices I dug up on my own after he left. Finally, the handle of the freezer door was loose at the bottom. Our fridge is a built-in with a wood facade matching our cupboards. He told me that the frame around the door would need to be removed to access the handle. He quoted $155.00 for this repair. I passed on it. Today the bottom of the handle completely came off and I saw how it was fastened. There's a spacer between the handle and door with a unified bolt at each end of the spacer. I inserted the spacer into the handle and door, gave it a quarter turn and presto the handle was as tight as could be. Time taken? 3 seconds. Cost? zero. Emotion? exuberance. For some reason I feel that any appliance repairman with an hourly rate of $125.00 should have a better knowledge of how door handles are affixed to refrigerators.

Service man received mm ended that I buy a new appliance a in e the repair cost would be almost as much as a new one,

The guy wasn't up to the standard of other service providers on Angie's List. He did everything right. He wasn't articulate on what he did and describing it. He recommended replacing the unit. He wasn't pushy though. The price was average.

It went pretty good. The technician thought he knew what the problem was and repaired it but the refrigerator stopped working. They came right back out and only charged for parts.

Always honest and straight forward. Have done business with them for year.

Provider was unable to duplicate the noise.

It was awful. We had AC bills of nearly 400 dollars on an 1800 sq. ft. house because of them.

They offered a discount, showed up on time, completed the job, and were friendly and professional.

Called the company, and the technician returned my call. He seemed to know what was causing it and explained that he would have to order a part. Stated he would be out on a particular. Showed up as promised, however the part that was provided was the wrong part. The technician left to purchase the part and came back the same day to install the part. Because there was a delay in installation, the company waived the charge. This is a good business practice, we would definitely use them again.

Our appointment was made and then rescheduled at the last minute. The repairman was visably sick when he arrived at my home and his work was slow and punctuated by coughing fits. The repair was successful but he had to go out and gets parts from the hardware store. I thought he was very unprofessional.

We have a service contract on our heating, cooling and major appliances with them. They are always very responsive. We have done business with them in excess of 8 years and have been very satisfied. They have done work at our home several times for different issues.

We bought a three year contract which enables us to have our air conditioner checked every year. If it needs replaced, we will receive a discount on the new unit and a refund on the balance of our contract. We have been thrilled with the service person. He gives us wonderful tips to conserve energy and does a thorough job of servicing our air conditioner unit.
