Description of Work: I would use Magic Touch again. The service was great and I feel that this is a honest company. Magic Touch did an annual service to my unit. They called when stating that he had an emergency call before us; they would be late. When they arrived the service man was pleasant; he apologized for the inconvenience.He serviced my unit and did some additional work that needed to be done. We are very satisfied with Magic Touch.

Description of Work: I had this company come over and check my A/C to get an idea of all was working properly. I moved into this house last winter and the heater didn't really work much, so we just dressed warm. My A/C was working and they found that it was ok, but might not last the whole year. They did a check and did what they came to do. It was just fine. I did contact another company when the A/C stopped working during the summer and was satisfied with them. They were closer and I thought the overall experience was better. The cost was very fair. I don't have a negative comment about Magic Touch, I just thought the other company did more and they were close at hand.

Description of Work: We had our two-year old gaspak units serviced by Magic Touch. They were the original installers, and it made good sense to go to them for service, since they did a great job installing them. The technician showed up on time, performed the service (our units had no problems) and pronounced them to be working as advertised. We will be using Magic Touch again!

Rich the owner contatced me and made things right by getting us a quote and work done promptly & professionally for air duct sealing. Description of Work: Used this outfit using an Angie's List coupon. Ordered a duct leak test. They tested only one of the two a/c units. Said i needed $600in sealing. Now i don't know if they will seal ducts from only one a/c unit or both.Workers were personable. They left one vent sealed, and i had to climb a ladder to 9 foot ceiling to remove tape

Let me start by saying we apologize for missing pulling the sealing tape off of one of the registers before we left. I have spoken to the Building Analyst Technician who was in charge of your testing and he also extends his apologies for the oversight. With regards to the Angie's List special for duct testing, it did delineate that it was "per system" as per the utility company guidelines for their rebate program. I reviewed your paperwork and found the duct leakage sealing we recommended was only for the system we tested. We would be happy to honor the special price on the second system if you would like to have that tested as well. FYI, the rebate is per system so you would receive a rebate PER system.
