Ouch! We are sorry you were not pleased with the service we provided . In the technicians defense, he was indeed able to determine why your the fireplace wouldn't light...there was no fuel coming to your gas valve from your propane tank. He called me personally to get a second opinion on his diagnosis and although he is newer in this industry (one year), I am approaching my 28th year in the industry and was confident in his diagnosis. You need to have your propane supplier diagnose why fuel is not leaving the tank. We apologize that you felt that situation warranted an "F" on our part, as you can see hundreds of other members have been very satisfied with this very service and many from this technician. Description of Work: Replace A/C system. They responded quickly during the peak heat of August. They brought a portable unit to keep the rental townhouse cool until they could replace the unit which was just a couple of days later. They also replace our home system 2 years ago which is why we called them again when our rental unit needed replacing.

Description of Work: I had difficulty lighting the pilot on the fireplace. Technician cleaned out the system, ensured everything was working. I recommend that the reviews dealing with repairs be delayed for at least six months to ensure that the repairs took care of the problem on extended basis.
