The repair that was made was a very major one, and vital component of your air conditioning system. We definitely want to make sure we give such a major repair the time it deserves, and be 100% confident in the diagnosis, repair, and results. The total investment, while not inexpensive, was warranted for that repair and everything that goes into it, and also certainly well within the average cost of that repair in our market (perhaps even on the low side of what we see from our competitors for the same repair).
