Never a problem
Description of Work: I have a service contract with Magic Touch Mechanical they come twice a year to check my units which are on the roof. The Tech spends about 60-90 minutes checking the units for any problems. There check list is very extensive as compared to other companies.

Description of Work: Contacted MT thru SRP (after finding they were on Angie's List) for energy audit. Recently moved into older (& larger) home and wanted to be sure that what we had was what we needed. Audit came up with a few surprises (not the least of which was that our 2 5-ton AC units were too big for our square footage and were blowing more air than our vents could handle). Overall, very happy with the options that were suggested and implemented.

Description of Work: We received multiple estimates to replace our roof. Magic Touch was not the cheapest, but far from the most expensive. Mostly they were thorough. We went through detail after detail during the estimate so I could understand what was suggested and with information so I could do follow up research myself. They installed 2 new Lennox air conditioning units and they work great. The install guys were friendly, knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. They worked hard and we couldn't be happier.
