Magic Touch is a very professional company that has been efficient every time. I really have never had any problems with them, and I trust them working on my systems. I would surely recommend them to everyone in their area for their knowledge and expertise.

Great service - Saturday service call (air conditioner not cooling). The contractor picked up phone right away at 7:55 AM. They called back within 10 minutes with time service man would arrive (9 AM to noon) and came within advised time frame. Magic Touch serviceman Lathe was prompt, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. These guys are good and fair. I will recommend to others in the neighborhood.

Good. They came out the same day I called. The tech was knowledgeable and went right to the problem. He did a professional repair job.

From the initial evaluation and bid for the job, to the installation itself everyone was professional and friendly. Everyone I interacted with was very customer focused. There are cheaper alternatives to be had, but none that I found that would match the quality of the products and the quality of the service at Magic Touch.

It was wonderful!! From the first person who answered the phone and gave us next day service, to the wonderful technician Clinton who showed up and went right to work in the unbearable Arizona heat. He answered any question we had, put our minds at ease about our current unit, and explained the benefits of having a maintenance plan for our A/C (which we cannot live without here in AZ.) At no time was there pressure or a heavy sales pitch, Clinton was an extremely professional, highly trained tech who came right in and knew what he was doing. He explained everything that needed to be done to the A/C to make sure it continues to work correctly. What an asset to Magic Touch!! I will recommend this company to all my friends, and I am confident they will have the same positive experience!

You might think by reading the description of the work performed that they have great salesman at Magic Touch. The first visit was to investigate a noise coming from my AC unit. After almost two hours of complete testing, (they explained everything they did and why) I was presented with several options, including to do nothing. They charged the standard service fee and left. Because of the age of the unit and other factors, we decided to replace the unit. The salesman(Brian) showed up, on time, explained things in detail and gave us options. We chose the unit that was best for us. We never felt like we were "sold" anything. Now comes the fun part; the new getting the unit we wanted in, it would be a tight fit, but we never imagined how tight. These guys worked magic. They customized the unit so it would fit, did custom metal work and made it happen. Here is the impressive part however; they were always on time, polite and explained everything they did and why. They are the best!

I am extremely pleased with the outcome, the unit works great, my registers are quiet now and my guest bedroom which never cooled well before, now feels great. The install men that put it in were outstanding. They kept my house clean and were quiet considering all the work they did. I was surprised at how much an A/C costs nowadays but all three quotes were right within a few hundred dollars of each other. I'm happy to write a good report for Magic Touch because they did an excellent job and their customer support has been superior. The install manager returned the day after the install and showed my wife (she wasn't home when they installed the unit) how to use the thermostat while I was at work. Great company to do business with and I highly recommend them.

The project went very well. Their estimates were very competitive in fact a shade higher. Their sales people were knowledgeable, office staff very responsive and professional about paperwork and various rebate forms. The technicians showed up on time and worked throughout the day to get the job done earlier than promised. Kept my family posted on the progress. We got the impression from their actions that they wanted my business and will do everything to keep us satisfied customers. They even took extra trouble of closing attic opening at no cost to me.

Very well. The staff member entered my home, and immediately knelt down to say hello to my miniature schnauzer dog. After introductions (to both myself and my little friend), he reviewed my request that was called into his office. He expressed his understanding about my wishes, and made sure that we walked around my house to itemize the task ahead of him. After inspection of all air ducts (both floors), unit box up in my attic space, and a/c units, he hosed down the outdoor units, explained their maintenance, reviewed the plan for upkeep of my air ducts, gave advice on what model I can buy when I need a new unit. Made sure that he discussed all aspects of the visit, and answered questions before leaving my home. That was an amazing experience, and I was so pleased to use their services. If only the bulk of businesses would carry out customer service in this fashion.

Previous unit was 21 years old & still operating, but I felt it could likely give out at any time & wanted to be proactive. I was very impressed with Magic Touch's many positive reviews on Angie's list as well as their sterling file with the Better Business Bureau. They are also an approved contractor with our major electric utility. This company is a joy to work with.

This co was one of 5 I called, all were highly rated on Angie's List. Brian Baker came to the house, examined everything, & quoted two similar systems from different manufacturers. Once we examined all of the estimates, the systems we talked about & they quoted were for higher SEER rating then the other 4 companies, & as a result were probably competitive if we were comparing like units. Brian did give me a work sheet showing the prices for systems from bare minimum to top of the line equipment. While we did not select this company, I would recommend them to anyone who was considering replacing their system.

Overall, this company provided excellent service. The tech was on time, and very friendly. What I thought was most impressive is he explained to me what he was checking and what the desired outcomes of each item he checked. He showed me what the outcome of each item was as he was checking it. It would have been real easy for another company to come in, do their check, and recommend services that I did not need. It is clear to me that Magic Touch would never do something like this. I feel very grateful that I had this company perform the check on my unit since the tech also educated me as to how my unit functions and the current condition of the unit. I HIGHLY recommend this company! I will definitely be contacting them if I ever need work or a check up performed on my heater or A/C. The great news is that right now, my unit is working well and I am ready for the summer. No additional work was required.

Two of my kids have asthma and after researching air cleaners, I decided to buy the Clean Effect made by Trane. I called Trane for a local installer and was referred to Magic Touch Mechanical (the woman I spoke with at Trane said she uses this company herself). They did a nice job and were polite and professional. The unit works great and I think the price was fair. I bought a service contract for my air conditioners as well and am happy with my choice.

Called Magic Touch for a second opinion after another company told me I needed $1400 in repairs. The technician from Magic Touch said I only needed one of the four repairs the other company told me I needed. He actually took me out to my unit and showed me what needed repair and why the other three things DID NOT need to be repaired. My total bill was $146.09 far from the $1400 the other company wanted to charge me. I am a mechanic, so I understand how things work when explained to me, and I know the Magic Touch technician was truthful and knowledgeable. I will only call Magic Touch from now on. Great job Magic Touch!

Excellent. All the workmen that were here were clean, courteous and polite. They did everything they said they would and in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to work my new controls. They had a machine that showed not only the temperature in each room but also how much air was coming from each vent. Every room is exactly the same temperature and the air flow has never been better. These guys are the gods of A/C!

I do not normally bother with stuff like this, but from the first contact with this company, I knew they were different from the rest. The salesperson (Dave) was 5 minutes early. When do you ever see that? He started by educating me about my heat pump! Not air conditioner...he did a heat load calculation on my house so that my heat pump would be properly sized for my house. Not one of the other four companies did that. I only needed a four ton heat pump every one tried to sell me a 5 ton (more money) when it came time to install my new Trane heat pump the guys that showed up to do the work were all very professional. I cannot say enough good stuff about those guys!!!! When they were done they spent extra time teaching me how to use my thermostat (I am not so good at programming things) and to top every off they left the place cleaner than it was when they got there (15 minutes early) in short I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to my mom or anyone else!

They did a heat load analysis, and then installed the new unit. They were able to beat the estimate installation date. The unit works well.

They said they would arrive between 7 and 8 am. At 6:45 I saw the two trucks pull up and they knocked on the door at 7:00 sharp! How often do you see that with a contractor? I recently had a new roof installed so I was very worried about it. After they left I got on the roof to check it out. Except for the new unit and solar attic vent I couldn't even tell they were there. They had a crane take off the old unit, lift the new one, and appeared to know exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up all around my home very nicely, and were very polite and courteous. They finished up at about 3:00 and showed me how to program my thermostat and adjusted my air vents. The new unit blows much more air than my last one ever did. The new unit and solar attic fan are supposed to greatly reduce my summer electric bill so I'm actually looking forward to the heat. The price was $300 lower than one company I got an estimate from and $250 more than the other I talked to. I'm happy I chose Magic Touch.

We got three bids, Magic was the most expensive by $350 but we felt the most comfortable with them. After checking them out and finding nothing but good things we decided the extra money was worth the peace of mind, especially when purchasing something this expensive. It was money well spent too. We have lived in this house since it was new in 1995 and our unit didn't work as well on day one as it does now. I was impressed with how all the employees (we dealt with five including the secretary and salesman) were courteous and professional. The follow up has been tremendous also. A manager came out to inspect when the install men were finished and walked the whole house with me, explained everything that was done and asked if there was anything I wasn't happy with. I also got a call the next day from the owner thanking me for my business and to expect a survey from Trane that he encouraged me to send in. The salesman asked me to report to Angie's list if I was satisfied so here it is.

They were able to get a technician out the same day I called. The technician showed up on time and diagnosed the problem in a very short period of time. He advised me I had a very minor freon leak, showed me where it was leaking, and how much repair would cost. He had the unit repaired and put new freon in the unit. I was impressed that he used an electronic scale to put the precise amount of freon in; I've watched guys put this in before but never saw anyone take that kind of time to make sure he was accurate. As a home inspector I see some crummy work done out there. This company seem to operate at a higher standard than most. The technician (Jim) told me they only hire trade school graduates and they pay for technicians to get additional certifications. I will definitely use again and comfortably recommend this company.

Total professionalism from beginning to end. The first person to come out did a "load calculation" on a laptop computer to assure the size A/C I needed. After determining I needed a 4-Ton unit, he explained different units available and the differences between them. I got a complete education on units, energy ratings (and what that meant to me), and options. This guy knows his stuff! I chose the unit for me and they returned to install two days later. The two men they sent to install were also very knowledgeable and professional, it took them longer than they thought to install my return vent (I have a very small attic) but they got it done without a complaint or charging me more. To my surprise their install manager called me the next day and asked if he could come inspect the job! He was also very professional and clearly cared that I was completely satisfied. My heat never felt this good! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an air conditioner or furnace.

My house is 16 years old and never cooled or heated properly before yet still I had outrageous utility bills. I had 4 companies give me estimates including the company that was servicing my units for three years. Magic Touch was the third company to come out and I knew within 30 minutes they were much more thorough than the first two. I still had one more company coming to my house to give me an estimate and I told them I wanted to talk to that company before I made a decision, the salesman was very polite and never pushy. Magic Touch was the only company that measured my whole house and asked questions I had never even considered. I checked them out with Trane, the BBB and the register of contractors and as they claim, no complaints against them ever. The work was done when they said it would be and without any surprise costs. They even repaired my ice-maker for me at no charge! My units work better than ever and are less "tons" than the old ones. My electric bill went down 60%. A++.

The technician was very knowledgeable, and the work was performed in a professional manner.
