The price was good. They were good. I’m happy with these guys.

Candace, the office scheduler, did a tremendous job answering questions we had or sending us to those who had answers. We had the energy audit the first time MT came, and Candace kept us on track with the different parts of what was and wasn't going to be checked, and maybe fixed. She also was right on top of the refund/rebate checks which were exactly equal to what our tax accountant calculated. Nathan was central to overseeing the initial energy audit and worked with others to make needed repairs to plug leaks. He was professional, personal, did great work and had a good smile on his face while working. Same with his other two teammates. Despite this work, and work by other companies to help us more efficiently use energy, the contractor who removed our swamp cooler didn't seal things properly. Thus our living and bedrooms felt just as warm as before we had work done. We contacted Magic Touch, Candace scheduled an appointment, and Nathan came to fix the problem within days. He told us what the problem was in plain English, then made the repairs. We will use Magic Touch again for any future energy problems.

They have always done what was requested and as quickly as possible. We never felt they tried to sell us services that were not necessary.

Energy audit performed. The technician who performed it was very courteous and respectful. Gave us a list of things to improve our energy efficiency at the end. Recommended repairs were expensive. We'll probably get a second opinion.

On time, complete, correct. Excellent.

After doing the thorough inspection of my a/c/heating unit, for which I'd bought an Angieslist Deal, Jamey showed me everything that was in need of urgent repair. He was very thorough and patient, making sure I understood what it was and why it needed repairing/replacing. Being somewhat familiar with many of the terms, I understood exactly what he was showing me, and I agreed on all points. He told me he would write up a complete repair schedule and show me the comparison pricing between repairing or replacing. He told me that with all the repairs done properly, the unit should last me another 3-5 years. I agreed to the repair work, and since he had some time that very day, he went and got all the parts needed (in one trip!), then took the next couple of hours to repair everything that needed it. When finished, he made sure everything worked properly before leaving and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was very pleased with the fact that Jamey arrived when he said he would, got right to work, and was very helpful in showing me what needed to be done right away. Since our temps were headed toward 100 degrees this week, I am very thankful to have the job done so quickly and efficiently. I was given a savings of about $155, too, and included in the price of the repair I will have two yearly inspections of my unit, at no additional charge to me. Having had an old a/c/heating unit my previous house repaired a number of times, then finally replaced, I know that the prices I was quoted by Magic Touch Mechanical were very much in line with what they should be. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with them, and will definitely call on them again when needed.

They were on time and performed the duct leakage test in a timely manner . The test indicated very minor leakage which , at this time, was not a cost effective option.

I was not impressed, in fact I was disturbed when I had another company come out and found that the last Magic Touch technician had left several wires loose in my unit causing significant performance issues. The reason for calling another company occurred because when I called their office they did not respond as promised. According to my "Gold" service contract I was to have priority in scheduling service work but that did not occur, apparently I was not in their system even though they had cashed my check.

Everything went smoothly, from scheduling the appointment to the actual work being done. The technician ( I think his name was Jim) was on time, courteous, polite and answered all my questions. I would certainly use this company again.

Magic Touch has done an amazing job for us. When we needed our air conditioner replaced, they speced an appropriate system (not an oversized one as some competitors did) and installed it. They were always on time and professional. The next big rainstorm (which, since its AZ, it was several months later) we discovered water leaking in to our duct system. They came out and spent hours troubleshooting the problem, crawling around in our attic and making sure everything was fixed. We have since contracted with them for regular system checkups and maintenance. They are not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for and I believe the modest extra cost is well worth it. Their customer service, professionalism and commitment to getting the job done right are top notch.

He arrived on time. Looked over the fireplace. He said that I had an electronic starter and there wasn't much for him to do. I mentioned that I occasionally smelled gas. He said he'd look. I went about doing other things. As he was leaving I asked if he found anything regarding the gas. He said "Oh thats right. Thanks for reminding me". He did find a loose hose and tightened it. He was very friendly and I would probable use them again.

The service was great and I was impressed with the service. The technician was friendly, honest, and very thorough. He worked efficiently and did not waste any time

The service was perfect. They were on time, cleaned up well, and everything was explained to me.

I received a reminder that I had purchased the deal. As soon as I received the reminder, I emailed them. She responded right away and was very understanding. We were able to get everything scheduled through email. The work is scheduled for April 8th.

They were good. They were punctual, they were tidy and they didn't make a mess. For the special, it was great. The left the place as clean as they got it.

WENT VERY WELL. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMODATING. Instructed me how to operate gas switch and he replaced the batteries inside the switch box.

They were pretty good. They did the job and cleaned up everything after working. I liked them. They arrived on time. It was a two-man service and it took about two hours. I liked everything that they did and I did not have to pay an additional fee on top of the deal. Their price was good too. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

He took the time to explain exactly how the fireplace operated, showing me connections I should be aware that leaks might occur. He removed the glass front which has no less than 15 wing nuts holding it on (an admirable task in itself) and cleaned all the "holes" where the flames come out as well as the igniter. All done in efficient and quiet manner. He was extremely pleasant and honest. He didn't try to sell me anything.

The tech was friendly. Upsale opportunities were, of course, offered. I chose to replace the one item that could be problematic in the future as it was performing outside of the recommended range. The disappointing part of the service is the greasy, black hand and fingerprints left all over the ceiling access panel, which is painted white. The panel was not in that condition upon arrival of the tech and it was not brought to my attention by the tech. I am unable to climb a ladder to repaint it so I have had to live with the mess.

I was extremely pleased with the service. They were on time and did not try to add any additional charges. They told me exactly what was going on with my system which was in line with what I already knew. They were very nice, honest , it was a great deal.

They were okay, there was nothing special. I think when they come out with a package like that, they show up and they're going to change capacitors. I think too many of them change capacitors because they know that probably 99% of the customers have no way of checking the capacitors and they charge an inflated price for the capacitor. It's a starting capacitor or run capacitor on a fan motor or a compressor motor. No one has a way to double-check them and they leave with the capacitor so you can't go take it some place and check it. I'm not about to accuse them of that but I talked to another friend of mine that had got the special deal and he got charged $115 for a capacitor, something that should have cost like $16. That happens more than it should. So I know next time it comes up I'm going to check the capacitor. I got myself a capacitor checker. I would not want to say they did that but I do know I had to replace two capacitors. I didn't pay anything like he did. I don't know how often capacitors should go, but I know I've gone years without changing capacitors and all of a sudden they come out and change the capacitor. I just think that some of these deals are set up like that. They put in new capacitor and it's probably a very high markup and that allows them to come out okay on these deals. This is a question I'm asking. I'm not making the claim, especially with this. They were punctual. As I recall they tried to say it was air conditioning only and I said, "Oh! No it wasn't. I bought heating and cooling one." So they didn't seem to have their act together real well there but it was no problem. They went ahead and did it.

They inspected ort fireplace. They disconnected the unit that is inside the fireplace. They didn’t clean it because they said it was more of a job than what they were able to do. They advised us on a different type of fireplace log set. They didn’t really do much work while they were here. There were no additional fees associated with the Big Deal, but I don’t feel what I had done was worth $59. They did give my husband some good advice though.

It was fine he did nice job of cleaning other than the reconnect i cihld have and wil do the cleaning myself if i decide to uograde I'll contact them.

The service person was prompt and very professional. After thoroughly explaining everything to me and patiently answering all of my questions I was called the following day as promised with a firm quote for the necessary repairs. We scheduled an appointment for the repairs. Because they were busy and I would have had to wait about a week to have the repairs done someone from the office called and offered me an earlier appointment because they had a cancelation. I thought this was very thoughtful. I was impressed how knowledgeable the service person was. He even was careful of my light colored carpet not to get any dirt on it. He spent a lot of time explaining to me how everything worked. I had no idea how complicated it was and felt much better and safe that there would be no other issues after everything was completed. He even took time to look at one of my outdoor fire pits that was not working and explained the possible repairs necessary. All and all it was a very pleasant experience.
