"Thank you so much for the feedback. Were glad you noticed the steps we take to keep you home clean. Unfortunately the cost of R-22 has gone up and we have had to raise prices accordingly. The price you were quoted on the maintinance agreement was for two full years and 4 checkouts. Our maintinance customers also pay no service charge and get two pounds of refrigerant, as well as drain cleaning , and condenser coil washed each year. Please call us if you would like to sign up. Oh, and one year is $179.95 or you can pay monthly for $17.00."
