the contractor was great it is the web site that was horrible. i specifically stated that i had solar hot water heater connected to my conventional Heater and the conventional heater was leaking . i got many calls asking if i wanted to find out about installing a solar hot water heater IT WAS VERY ANNOYING AND WASTED MY TIME.

Did not try to sell me anything. Told me that the unit was very old and they were not familiar with it so they would not recommend any service. However, if I was ever interested they could install a new unit that was much more efficient and more attractive than the roof mounted solar that I now have. Polite and professional, no charge.

When they couldn't make the originally scheduled time they called me to inform me, tell me what time they could be here, and made sure that still fit my schedule. I fully understand a previous job taking longer. I appreciated the phone call and they were here 90 minutes after the originally scheduled appointment. I was given two options on how to fix the problem and they took less than 20 minutes to correct it.

The repairman was very nice, well informed, and he explained to me how the system worked and showed me how to maintain it myself. I was very glad that I had hired this company.

Called shortly after request was sent to Home Advisor. Appointment scheduled even though I didn't know all about my aging system. Showed up promptly, very polite. They got hot water for me and we've started the process on a replacement system as my current one is probably 30 years old. Great price, over half less than I've been quoted. Easy paper. Approved an on to the next steps. Showed me what I can do if I have issues before the new one is installed.

John and Jim installed a new solar water heather at my house. They are very professional and knowledgeable about their business, also they explained any doubts or questions I had about the solar system. They did an excellent job, I would not hesitate about hired them again or recommend them to my friends and family.

When they finally arrived I was very happy. They Missed first appointment & did not call. Service tech was good, found problem quickly & repaired, checkthe rest of thhe system & filled the water tank.

We ended up having our solar water heater replaced. I am happy with the work...they were efficient and informative. We knew what they would be doing and how long it would take. We were given several replacement options and the cost for the system and work seemed reasonable. I was impressed by the effort taken to communicate with me and my husband. i have a hearing loss and am also blind and my husband works long hours. They put in the effort to communicate well with us and in a manner which did not cause my husband lost hours at work. Over all, they were great!
