They responded almost immediately to my email, came when they said they would, did the job quickly, efficiently, and for the price they quoted on the phone. And they were nice guys, besides, who even cleaned up after themselves. I've already recommended them to a neighbor, and i will definitely use them again.

This was a disappointing experience. My mother was home convalescing and explained that I was in Florida. I asked for a call when they got to my mom's house and that I would pay the bill. I never received a call from Roger' and they had my mom write a check, charging her for two people and they never replaced the handicap toilet seat. I called Roger' after the job and never received a call back.

Good response time...at a fair price

Roger called back within the hour. He was on time and gave me an overview of the work he would do. His charges were very reasonable and he and his assistant were extremely tidy.

Roger was very prompt in calling us after our service request. He is very personable and explained what was going on with our plumbing. After fixing the problem, he gave me some information on what to do to prevent it in the future. I highly recommend him for any plumbing need.

Very expensive, cost over $300 to snake our main line. Service included camera inspection that was supposedly free. Plumber incorrectly diagnosed problem saying backup was due to a hole in the pipe. I dug up my sidewalk in front yard to get to pipe 4 feet down, only to discover that there was no hole, it was another pipe connecting in to my main line. I called plumber after this and of course he insisted that he had told me it could of been another connection and not a hole. His report he filled out after doing his work didn't mention this at all. I should also mention the plumber pushed hard that I go with a fiberglass solution that would cost me over $6000 to fix my problem. In summary, definitely look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. The cost to snake out your pipes should be only between $100-200.
