Provider took measurements over the phone through the receptionist. That should tell you something. We order two custom cut pieces of tempered glass for table tops. Receptionist advised it would take a "couple of weeks." I told her specifically to call me on my cell phone PRIOR to coming to deliver as we would be leaving town for a month. Receptionist didn't listen, left a voice mail on home phone (did not call me on my cell phone) and said the deliverymen were coming to our house. We weren't home and a guest was staying at our house when deliverymen arrived. Guest called me on my cell as we were 1600 miles away. Guest was very disturbed as glass for dining room table didn't fit. (SHARP, Squared corners on a table with rounded corners) Guest told deliveryman to wait as she was dialing the owner (me) 1600 miles away. When she went to hand phone to deliveryman, both deliveryman ran to their truck and drove off so they wouldn't have to take the improperly cut glass back and so they wouldn't have to discuss with me (owner) on the phone. I began trying to reach the business owner, Micah Jones. He refused to take phone calls from me. He sent me one email reply and said he would not discuss the matter with me again. Micah Jones is untrustworthy. He queried his receptionist about the circumstances and he said in his email that is not what happened. So the receptionist lied and Micah Jones backed her up. He refused to come to premises to view the improperly cut and sized glass. The glass presents a personal injury hazard and has already caused bodily injury to one individual at our home. Micah Jones only has his view, he will not listen to the customer. He will not come to the residence to see what a liability hazard he and his business have created in our home. He is arbitrary, one-sided, accepts the lies of his people and they know he will accept their lies which is why they act the way they do. Imagine, deliverymen running to their truck and speeding away when they were asked to remain to talk with the owner on the phone???? If you have nothing to hide you would chat with the owner on the phone. If you have nothing to hide you would agree to discuss the matter further on the phone or in person. Micah Jones will not!! If you have nothing to hide you would go to the residence where you delivered glass and look at the situation. Micah Jones wants no part of anything AFTER the sale. BUYER BEWARE!! Trade with Micah Jones and Highland Glass at your owner risk!!!
