This is a well-run shop. The floor is clean enough to eat off of. Martin is well-organized and friendly. The work was done to perfection and ahead of schedule.

I was very happy with the results, including price, timeliness, and quality. Martin was careful to explain what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Everything went exactly as he described, no surprises. He also picked me up when the vehicle was ready to go. I will definitely use Green Valley Automotive in the future.

Some of things they had to take loose to do a repair, they did not re-hook up.

I noticed my car was sluggish and would decelerate quickly without applying brakes. Also I noticed a burning odor sometimes. I decided Id replace the brake pads myself but didn't have the time to do it so I made an appt with martin whom accommodated me and willing to install my parts I had purchased. I decided to have green valley automotive perform a full inspection but didn't tell them the issues I was having. Upon inspection martin showed me the problem without me even telling him and another issue that was easily resolved. I was impressed with the timeliness and work so far which I will update as necessary in the future. He was fair with pricing which I appreciate although this area is high priced but the value of service was great. Honest and reasonable, I will return.

Green Valley Automotive and Owner/Manager Martin Bringas
Is one of the best Automotive repair shops in the Sahuarita / Green Valley Area, they give great service with high marks for customer relations, repair work with quality, a fix it right the first time attitude, Technicians that care about your vehicle and a owner / manager that shows you what your vehicle needs if something is wrong, he does it with a smile and concern for you and your car. He doesn't try to oversell you repairs or sell you something your vehicle doesn't need.
The shop is very clean and will kept, parking is easy in and out, the coffee is fresh and very good. I have had my two vehicles serviced and repair there in the last few months, You will be hard pressed to find a better repair shop in area.
I would give them a high score of 10 out of 10, I look forward to my next repair visit or oil change service at Green Valley Automotive.

Transmission failure do to onboard computers not communicating with each other.
Along with several other diagnostic anamolies. Transmission was replaced and reprogrammed.
Reprogramming had to be repeated because we experiential failure similar to the first episode.
Repairs started on 03/09/2015. Most of repair delay was due to the shipment of the new transmission.
The shop is not open on week-ends.

I called at 9am and was able to get an appointment for the same day at 11am. Martin was very pleasant on the phone and very accomodative. When I got to the shop, I was impressed at how clean it was. I spoke with Martin (pronounced Marteen) and came to understand he is a new owner as well as an aviation buff and pilot. My wife and I just moved to Green Valley, AZ two months ago, so we have been using Angie's list alot to find all the new service providers we require, so that is how I foundGreen Valley Automotive. My wife's car will also require service, but she bought it from Hertz and has a cupon book that she paid for to cover her services. We asked Martin about this and although he had never provided service from a Hertz cupon book before, he offered to take the book, call the company and see what he could do.
When we went to pick up my truck (which was ready on time), Matrin told us that after speaking with Hertz, he would be able to service my wife's car per the cupon book which was good news for us and Martin. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would have no qualms about reccommending Green Valley Automotive to anyone based on my initial experience.
One more thing. I asked Martin if they had vacuumed my truck and he said no. I mentioned that where I used to get my truck serviced, that was something they did and he quickly had one of his folks pull my truck in and vacuum it for me. I will certainly go back for any other services or issues.

I called or stopped by several other local shops here in Green Valley and all the estimates were about $720 to 780. When I called and talked to this shop he called right back with a $298 estimate( that was less than half, and that's with new parts), and said he could complete the work the same day. Was super courteous, shook my hand and looked my in the eye, mentioned how much they appreciate my business. Shop top notch and will not find one any cleaner. The best. Glen

My car would not start on 3 separate occasions. AAA came and jump started the car. I went to a local auto store where the battery was checked and it was getting a good charge. After 2 more times of the car not starting, once at the food bank and the other at my garage at home, I decided that something was going on. I looked on Angies list and found GV automotive. I took my car to that shop and explained my problem. They figured out why it would not start in a short period of time. I needed a new starter and battery. They did the work and I was extremely pleased with how they finally figured out what the problem was.

We're new to the GV area and I had a tail light go out. I was having difficulty in removing the burned out bulb so I stopped by Green Valley Automotive for some help. Martin came out and replaced the bulb in a matter of minutes. Great guy and great service. If today was an example of their work I'll be back and they've got a regular customer.

The main concern was an intermitent strong odor that came and went under different circumtances. After doing a thorough check under the hood nothing could be found as the source of a problem. With some long trips being planned, the seventeen year old car needed some refurbishments to make it more reliable. Discussed my concerns with Gino and Raul, and decided that the drive belt (showing some deterioration) and radiator hoses (the originals) and thermostat should be replaced. They finished the work in the time estimated.
