Id really like to give Splinters a higher rating because what they did accomplish was acceptable quality and timely but the fact is they never finished my project. They were real close but failed to do what they said theyd do. Very disappointed. I cant recommend Splinters.

He was professional and came to sand under my counters, as I was doing a DIY and did not have a tool to do this. He also gave me some pointers on how to finish my wood floor project and was willing to explain the best method of applying stain and sealer.

I got bids from three different companies. Splinters was 2.5 times less than one company and 2/3 cheaper than the other. For the significant differences in price, I can't imagine what the other companies could have done over what Splinters did.

Ron was a pleasure to work with. He takes pride in his work, knows hardwood floors and therefore did a beautiful, professional job. He brought the 1975 floors in the home I just bought into 2019. They look brand new! He proved himself to be completely trustworthy, and did exactly what he told me he would. He paid attention to detail and kept me informed of the character flaws in my floor during the project so there were no surprises at the end.
