Description of Work: Had Gaby out for two quotes on different properties. The first was for a house that needed hardwood floor refinishing + additional hardwood added. The quoted price was competitive and I accepted it. However, when it took over a week for Gaby to get back to me for the initial deposit, I moved on and hired someone else at a slightly lower price. On the second quote for installation of engineered wood floors, I thought it was too good to be true and it was. The quote included only the labor, but not the material. This was a serious miscommunication. I never asked for a quote without materials so I was a bit baffled. My friend has used this company and the work quality appeared very good. However, the customer service is lacking. I think Gaby just gets very busy and overwhelmed. If you can get the company at a slower time and have their full attention, I think you'll be happy, but the bidding and getting started process can be scattered and inconsistent.
