The routine service person was quiet, and I had to prompt him a lot to explain his work. I had to specifically request him to service the heating portion of the unit. The person who replaced the electrical cord was fine, but he did not have the invoice with him, so they had to mail it to me.

Manny and Chris seemed nice enough although it was hard to get a hold of them. I was charged $89 for the inspection on the first visit, and then another $25 to crimp some wires on the second visit. I will not be using Manny's Heating and Cooling in the future, assuming it doesn't break down in the next couple of days . . .

Was suppose to come on Monday at 10-11 am didn't show up or call, so I called and he said he couldn't make it today because he had a hard day. The guy that finally came out a week latter did OK. The next day Manny called and asked if the guy told me that the ac was starting hard. I told him no. He didn't believe me so while I was still on the phone he called the guy that did our ac to prove that he asked me????????????? I really didn't understand that at all.

Did an outstanding job. Thoroughly checked every part, went into our attic, check our ducts and thermostat. I will definitely recommend him and his company. For the price, it was an incredible deal!

Manny came out to assess what I needed and gave me a written assessment. He required a fee for the trip, $60, which was deducted from the final job cost. Allen came out early as requested and the job went very smoothly and took less time than anticipated. Both Manny and Allen were very pleasant to do business with. Overall, a very good experience.

MANNY WAS THOROUGH , HELPFUL AND CLEAR IN HIS EXPLANATIONS ABOUT MY HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM. HE WAS ALSO PROMPT AND ECONOMICAL.

VERY TIMELY, ARRIVED AND COMPLETED WORK THE SAME MORNING THAT WE CALLED (AND IT WAS A SATURDAY). EXPLAINED ALL OUR OPTIONS AND UNDERSTOOD OUR NEED TO JUST DO THE MINIMUM REQUIRED.

VERY NICE, AND FLEXIBLE IN WHEN HE COULD COME OUT. HE PROVIDED AN EXPLANATION ALONG WITH DIFFERENT OPTIONS TO FIT OUR BUDGET.

I LOVED THAT HE GAVE ME OPTIONS AS TO HOW TO FIX OUR PROBLEM SO THAT WE COULD FIND OUT WHAT WORKS BEST FOR OUR BUDGET. HE WAS VERY HONEST AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL US ONLY THE MOST EXPENSIVE OPTION.
