On the date of my inquiry of this company, by e-mail, I received a very early phonecall from this company on the morning immediately after a very bad winter storm. A representative was willining to come out that morning, as part of a very large sumac tree had fallen onto the roof of my house, and driveway. The company was able to save this tree with alot of trimming and cutting back, and most important they did an excellant job, and I have used them since for the same tree during the last Oct storm to clean up some damaged limbs on this tree. Very professional staff, recommends what is critical needs and what can wait for service needs.

Responded to my request to trim/ remove 5 trees, was professional, and worked with my schedule to complete the work to my complete satisfaction

They were very prompt in coming out and giving me an estimate, once I agreed they came right out and did the job very professionally. The crews did an excellant job at trimming the tree and picking up all debris, they were very polite and very professional. The price was very reasonable.

Excellent service - I couldn't be more pleased! Andy from Tree Pros came over to give us an estimate on our very tall tree that had not been trimmed in years. He gave us his evaluation of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Their estimate was comparable to some and better than other services. So we set up a time to have the tree trimmed. I was not able to be at home when they came out. I was delighted hen I came home. My tree looked terrific and my patio was cleaned up (better than I had left it.) They even went into the neighbors yard and cleaned up. The price was so right and the service exceeded my expectations -

I am very picky about my trees. They did an excellent job with the trimming, keeping a good balance but removing weight as needed. We have a number of very mature, large valuable trees which need the right kind of care. Very well done. In addition their employee who did the trimming was polite, very capable and communicated well. Highly recommend.

Daniel came to house; very professional; explained in detail what needed to be done, how they would do it and gave very reasonable price

Was told by Daniel, who gave me the est, that instead of sending a 3 man crew, he'd send a "specialist" who would cut and treat the cactus so it would not die and having someone who will do it the right way and not just cut it to pieces. This was the determining factor for choosing this co., What did I get? A 3 man crew, who obviously did not have a clue to what Danial told me, and basically cut the cactus down and that was it. Guys did a nice job, but I didn't get what I was told I'd get. Cactus was cut, but not treated. Was I misled just to get their business?? Will not recommend because I was promised one thing and got another.

The company was very professional, coordinated with me on all aspects of the work requested and did a fantastic job with cleanup. i will use them again for my tree landscaping.
