Very quick to respond. The prices were fair. They cleaned it up after the trimming and removal work was completed. I wish they could have helped me remove the stumps, but oh well. Overall, A+ experience.

Good job and very profecientg when scheduling appointments and followup visits. I thought they missed trimming a palm branch and scheduled a followup. Then I noticed they didn't trim the branch sticking out because it was holding a birds nest with eggs in it. I cancelled the return visit. Good fof them!

I currently have an open complaint with BBB for non delivery of promised service. Very bad experience.

Great effort on some difficult tree removal and planting projects

The service was done in a timely manner and the crew did everything I had asked them to do--up and beyond. Yes the cost was a little high but I do think we got our monies worth. We are both retired and respected the manners of the estimate and the crew. Again THANK YOU for the great service.

Really did a nice job on our 5-year old Sissoo. It has grown beautifully with an improved shape and hardiness. While it is a bit expensive, once again, we got what we paid for. Truly a professional experience.

When my 33 year old Goldwater Pine died rather suddenly, I was sad that it had to come down. I chose Tree Pro's to do the job. They gave me a very reasonable quote and got the job done quickly. Also, I was very pleased with the workers, they were awesome! I highly recommend Tree Pro's.

They did what they promised to do.

The work looks rushed, as far as the trees and bushes looking chopped instead of trimmed, or shaped. In fact, my wife says the entire job only took an hour, and it involved some large trees in the front as well as bushes and trees in the back. We did get what we wanted, which was lots of reduction in tree size, but I didnt' expect such a choppy, unappealing look when I got home. Still, it was worth the $400 bucks to not have to do it myself. And the rep who came to do the appraisal was very polite and informative. So, not a terrible experience by any means. But I wish there was a little more time spent on making it look nicer.
