Excellent job.

They were to cut down the tree between 2-5 pm on Wed, got a phone call at 4pm saying they would have to schedule for next week. I needed it down and stump remove for house and roof being painted on MON. They said they would be out at 9am Thur. Great At 9am the stump removal crew showed up. I asked them how do you remove the stump with tree still standing, they called office. Very small tree, so the stump crew were going to cut it down, but did not have a rope and called office, were waiting for one to be brought out. We got tree down stump out but they broke the sprinkler head . Not the best organized company . I took the broke riser to the stump crew, and there was no response about repairing. Had my gardener repair for $50

Home Advisor only provided one business for tree trimming so I had nothing to compare to this business, thus the low rating. I think they did a good job (what I asked for) but they did not come within the window that I was given so I was not at home. I really wanted to be at home when the work was done.

Two trees were dramatically reduced in size, as I requested. I expected a supervisor with the cutters. Difficulty in communicating; one out of 4 spoke English. Very friendly, experienced crew. (Removed Tiki lamps in ground & did not re-stake them.)

They did good work. The only drawback was that they were so busy that it took quite a bit of time before they were able to get to my project.

Compared to the other quotes we received, theirs was reasonable though not the lowest. We received excellent advice from the arborist and will use this company to replace our watering system and replace one tree that was removed. Tree removal was amazingly fast and efficient. Very satisfied.

They did a great job. Removed the tree and cleaned up the yard and street after grinding the branches. Cleaned up any debris that got on the neighbors property.

Excellent work

You have to watch where they fill their chain saw. I had some dead spots on my grass from them filling their chain saws. Also watch how they drop tree branches, I lost all my allow plants from them dropping tree branches on them. They did a good job of cleaning up the tree stuff.

I wish they would have been more agreeable to finishing trimming everything in my yard,they were here for 5 hrs. because of a breakdown in their shredder, so they just laid around ,not trimming a couple of front yard bushes, which I thought the contract included.

Our vacation home had several trees that blew down and we were not able to be there. We felt confident that Oscar and his crew were providing us with valueable and accurate information regarding our trees and the rest of our landscaping. The office kept in communication throughout the process. We will be working with them this autumn when we return to Arizona for further landscape maintenance. Very professional, very knowledgable.
