I should have gotten more than one estimate - their prices are much higher than other services.

This company is hard to get to come back and trim additional limbs that you would see later that should have been trimmed. There in and out fast and do a decent clean up. They are unreliable for return visits...

They did a very quick and efficient job of trimming two very large Chinese Elm trees on an adjoining lot for a property line reduction. We now have no more leaves dropping into our back yard and pool. Thank you Tree Pro's.

Had an appointment from 7-9am. No call no show. When I reached out to Paul, he told me that I never confirmed the appointment and had to call the office to reschedule. He had an attitude and did not even apologize. No empathy.

I had a very old toothpick cactus that was dying. Removal was done quickly and for a more than reasonable cost. I recommend hiring them, 100%!

These guys were good on my first time using them... but the repeat business I gave them was so bad. Failed to show, left tree trim mess all over my back yard, took multiple calls and complaints to get it right. No more repeat business from me !

Honest and Reliable

Removed four 30 ft high Sissoo trees from between houses. cleaned up all leaves and branches. Poisoned the stumps. They are letting poison work through the roots for 25 days then coming back and grinding stumps 6 inches below ground. All in less than three and half hours. Experienced at there work, Interesting to watch the trimmer pick the order of limbs to cut and how to tie the limbs to the tree or other limbs so they fell on the ground, not on the houses.

They were responsive and helpful, I had tried to get a quote from Cam Tree Care after they left a hanger on my door and came to view the work, and couldn’t even get them to send it to me after multiple phone calls. So after a week of waiting I wen t looking for another bid and Tree Pros got my business.

Tree Pros was efficient and organized and worked around our busy schedules without complaint. They removed our overgrown lemon tree from the backyard for a great price and were on time for our scheduled appointment. The entire team was professional and considerate from beginning to end and left no scraps or tools behind. They also were very sweet to our dogs, which is always a win for us!

Didn't communicate all that well. No follow up after service. Small job but I expected more in terms of helping me understand issues with trees. $600 job and they did offer me a $1500 upsell on fertilizer.
