Waiting to get 8"-10" root removed. Still attached to part of stump. It got missed during stump grinding , on May 18th, as it got covered by sawdust. Notified Tree Pros on May 23. They are working on getting someone over to remove it. Once done, they will get a 5 Star. Good company. They have now removed 5 trees from my family's three homes (3 Peoria, 1 Phx, n 1 El Mirage).

We discussed the sap running out of the tree. They pointed out scale problem on another tree. I was given a brochure to read about both problems. I told the salesman that I wanted both problems treated. I agreed to price figuring ALL work requested would be included. Unfortunately, they only trimmed and fertilized and did nothing to treat diseases! Now I have to hire another company.

The crew trimmed more than a dozen mesquite trees that had not been trimmed for over a decade, removing a huge amount of excess growth. They created a fire-safety zone around our home. The work was quickly and professionally done, and even the removal and clean-up was notable. We are very happy.

The crew that came out was excellent. The salesperson who evaluated our tree was courteous and knowledgeable. The reason I only gave 3 1/2 stars was we had requested the tree be removed with the stump as per our HOA we had to plant another tree there. The salesperson said they can do that. Unfortunately the stump was grounded down not removed. I notified them of the situation and they said they on grind down the stump. If that is so, they need to change their web site as it says tree removal and stump removal. Now we have to figure out where to replant a tree in a mature landscape.

Tree Pros came out & evaluated my tree that desperately needed trimming. Within a few days they cane back & trimmed it. I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and provided quality work. I would highly recommend Tree Pros.

Clean, neat...on time...very proffessional

Tree Pros did a very good job installing sod in portions of my back yard. Since this was just completed, I'll have to see how the sod does over the next several weeks. Am concerned that ground prep may have not been sufficient. We'll see. Overall, they did a good job and I would use them again.

They did exactly what we wanted, cleaned up very well, were polite and friendly.

Very responsive and did good work. The price seemed a bit high but then again we are older and have been accustomed to doing repairs like this ourselves. We are new to needing to hire an d pay for repairs needing to be done. The new sprinklers are working great!

Though these folks have been swamped with projects, they have always been accommodating and communicative with their scheduling, and did their best to work with my availability. Our Arborist was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us find ways to work the project to fit our budget. The site foreman was also exceptionally professional and extremely helpful with making sure we understood what exactly was going to happen. Come installation day, the labor crew was timely, professional, and very helpful with ensuring we understood our new timer, valve manifold, and how our new sprinklers worked. To boot, the quality of their work is absolutely phenomenal!!! They came and did what we needed, even with having to adjust for our original plan (no sleeve y see driveway to route conduit/poly tubing under), and once they were finished, you would never have known they needed to dig into the yard! If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would, and I’d recommend this company to anyone!
