Eric was very punctual and very professional. He installed the new door in my wall, showed me how it worked and he was most professional and very very tidy.

From the first phone call to the end of installation, Eric was knowledgable, polite, and professional. Eric came to the house for an estimate within days and had a sample door to review. The door was installed into brick and Eric made sure there was not one speck of dust remaining. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would recommend him to anyone!

Very Professional called to let me know he was on his way, took extra precautions not to make a mess while cutting through the wall, and cleaned up what little mess there was, even outside the house. Answered all my questions and double checked everything before he left. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a dog door installed.

Shawn came out personally and did a great job. He was very informative and very efficient. He did a very nice job, cleaned up evrything when he finished. He packed up the wall, insulation and exterior stucco for me and let me know that it could easily be patched up if I ever decided to remove the door or wanted to take the door to a new location. The door was more expensive that the inserts you put in your sliding glass door, but well worth the expense. I no longer have any drafts or heat coming in. I would highly recommend this installer!

Eric did an excellent job. Initially, he came to give an estimate, had driven from Phoenix to Tucson. (Two hours each way) He returned in 2 weeks as promised to do the removal and installation of the new patio door. He was very professional.

It was absolutely fantastic. Eric, the technician, was on time, incredibly courteous, professional, and did an outstanding job. Our house is concrete block with plaster on the interior; Eric managed to drill a perfectly square hole without doing any damage to the interior plaster. As he was finishing, I realized that I had made a terrible mistake (not him, the mistake was all mine) and had asked him to put the door in a spot where I really don't think I will like it. He was very courteous, explained what it would take to fill in the hole and drill a new one; he also offered to reduce his fee for his time in drilling the new hole and to coordinate with the mason we would need to fill in the existing hole. As of now I am seeing whether I can live with the hole where it is, but I very much appreciated his generosity, flexibility, and kindness in dealing with my mistake. The original project was done incredibly well and his willingness to work me if I decide to change things was just the icing on the cake. Five stars all around!

Sean promptly responded to my email and made an appointment to come to my home on Saturday. He brought two doors and helped me determine best size and placement. He installed the door in less than one hour and even helped me train my puppy to use the door. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Shawn was the consummate professional. He made a special trip to measure our old doggie door and advised us to shop for a bargain online. When we received the doors, Shawn came out and put them in without any fuss or bother. He is prompt, returns phone calls, and works efficiently. Oh, and his prices are very fair. What more can you want.

He arrived on time after calling to alert me that the was on his way. He was efficient, courteous and neat - making certain that there was minimal residue from drilling though a brick wall. The door matches beautifully to the rest of our house and is a very well made product. The cost of service above includes the Hale Pet Door ( made here in Arizona). Shawn called 15 ahead of our appointment to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived right on time and was so impressive from the start! His appearance was top notch. He was very courteous and professional. He even took a few minutes to introduce himself to my two dogs and much to my amazement they took to him right away. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable about his product and made sure to answer all the questions I had prior to the installation. The job was meticulously completed in approximately 1 hour. He boxed up the blocked out wall/door that he removed from our doggie door, in case we ever decided to relocate he mentioned that his service is available to re-patch the wall/door. I would highly recommended Shawn for any pet door installation. He has a great support service with the utmost professionalism. Harley and Coco, my dogs, couldn't be happier!

Shawn discussed the project with me on the phone and we agreed upon the size, type, and color of the doors over the phone. We set an appointment about three weeks ahead. On the day of the appointment, Shawn arrived 15 min early and completed the entire installation and clean up within an hour. The installations were flawless and and don't regret for one minute buying these first class doors for my two dogs.

He did everything right! When I initially called, he was very helpful and provided good information. He was prompt, thorough, and efficient with the installation. He kept the area clean while installing, put the wall section that was removed in the empty dog door carton for me (great to have in case the door is ever removed), and he cleaned up after the install. He gave me honest recommendations regarding what we needed, and it ended up costing less than what I had originally considered purchasing. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Installed Custom High Energy Efficent Doggie Door (Wall Installation), extremely clean installation, located best area in wall, cleaned up extremely well and packaged removed exterior and interior trim and packaged everything in case I wanted to patch and remove dog door later or if I moved. Punctual, friendly and a dream to deal with AND extremely fast install!

Shawn was very professional and did a wonderful job. He was incredibly knowledgable about what he was doing, talked about my different options and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He also bought the dog door for me and brought it with him to install. He left NO mess and the workmanship is top notch. I was so impressed i hired him to come the next week and put a dog door in my in-laws house. He was a little expensive, but overall probably worth the extra money.

Very pleased with Sean's work. He was clear and up front about the cost. Explained everything well. Very professional and personable - even our new rescue pup Alex liked him and Alex takes a while to warm up. The door is wonderful, no ac escapes and the dogs love it and so do we. It's really improved the quality of life for both man and beast in our home.
