The clog is still there, but that's due to the p-pipe is damaged. Davante was awesome and tried everything he could to unclog the drain.

They told me that the undermount sink, which was installed by a different company, not BumbleBee, fell through because it was only glued in with no mounting hardware (which is true). They said they would have to custom design a mounting system and they would charge me $1,000 and NOT warranty the work!!! I paid them the trip charge and told them no thanks!

Extremely professional, went the extra mile to prove transparency about charges and services, describe options, answer questions. They explained everything, showed me what they were doing, addressed all my concerns, and were very professional and pleasant. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone I know!

Ken properly diagnosed and corrected problem. Leak was coming from area of corroded gas pipe. Ken noticed the bathroom vent pipe directly above the gas line was leaking condensation due to a cracked PVC elbow.

Fantastic, Mike is very professional and the cleanest plumber I have ever met. He was able to work through the inherent hiccups that go along with owning a very old home. Great Job and we highly recommend him.

Jesus and Deandre sp? we’re amazing! They assessed the problems, gave me an estimate (one with all work for the house and another with partial work that was imperative to be done right away). I chose to do it all since the house is old and knew that some things would eventually be breaking. I was so impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, helpfulness and just really nice guys. I would use them again in a heartbeat! It sounds expensive but they did a lot of work.

Fixed everything and job well done! However, it was pricey.

My water treatment system sprang a leak on thanksgiving night, and my plumber / contractor that installed the system was closed until monday. Called Bumblebee first thing friday morning and they were able to come out quickly. Mike manually bypassed the system for me to get me through until could deal with the problem properly next week. Didnt overcharge. Was available and offered to do other non-urgent plumbing work we needed done as well, gave me quotes. Major help in time of need, all contacts were professional and helpful.

Professional from beginning to end. Good explanation of problem and repair. Different attitude than others that I've dealt with. Easy to believe and trust to do it right. They were all very personable.I will have no problem recommending them to others.

Fix blocked sewage line.Jim repot reply responded appropriately on time for this repair. He explained everything that was done to us as much detail as he could. Showed us where the blockage was with the camera. Overall I think his work was excellent and I am going to hire them again when we need to fix our shower and repair the pipes with the roots growing through them.

Customer Service is the best I’ve seen! They kept us informed as to when they were coming out. They sent a photo of the guy who was coming and after they came, the company called us to see how the visit went. The plummer was professional and did a good job with the install.

The service man was here for over 2 1/2 hours for a job that should of taken less than an hour. The service man was very friendly, have no problems with him. What I do have a problem with is the price. I know that plumbers are expensive, but I have spoken to several people about the price and they all have told me, "You got screwed". At this price they were making $400.00 an hr for labor. The original quote was $465.00, but I was getting a 10% senior discount. I have never complained about paying for anything that I have purchased, but this is utterly ridiculous. I guess they saw me coming, a woman no less. Anyway, I will be far more careful when hiring professionals in the future and do more research. I can not and will not be recommending this company to anyone and if given the opportunity will tell people to avoid them at all costs.

Review of BumbleBee Plumbing, 8/30/2018 I'm sorry this is so long, but it is worth your time to read. I was short on time as we are leaving for a vacation, so I went online to Angies list to avoid the need for multiple quotes to replace a failed recirculation pump for our hot water system. I selected Bumblebee plumbing. It was A rated, although someone had listed they were not happy with the high cost. I was going to use them and just get it done. I submitted my request for a quote online, and in the additional information box I listed all the information on the label of the pump. Then, within minutes, I got a phone call from the scheduling secretary who was very plesant. She resisted but I insisted that I send her a picture of the pump for the plumber so as to assure an accurate quote and expidite his visit, hopefully allowing him to bring a replacement pump with him. They scheduled me for 2 days later, which was very accomadating. I got e-mail confirmations, and before 8 am 2 days later Dan was on his way. On arriving he told me that he first had to check out the entire plumbing system before he would address the pump problem. After I walked him through the whole house, he wrote up 4 estimates reflecting 4 things he felt should be done to the system, all but one,(the recirculation pump), were prophylactic. He promised to send me the estimates that ranged from $941.00 for the pump replacement, to well over $2000.00 for all 4 things. I can't give you an accurate quote as he has not yet sent me the other 3 estimates as he said he would. I was stressed because my wife was out to exercise, but went ahead and signed for him to replace the pump. He went off to get the new pump locally. In the meantime my wife arrived home and was blown away by the cost. She told me to look up the price of the pump, so I did. When Dan returned with the new pump I asked him about an itemized list of parts and labor. He said they did not do business that way. He explained that, yes, there was the price he had to pay for the pump, but then there were mark-ups necessary for the company to stay in business, and for professional and appropriately paid, experienced plumbers to be available to do the job correctly the first time. I had found a similar looking pump online for ~$250.00, and I showed him the print out. He explained that the pump he was installing was a different more expensive stainless steel pump. So I discussed this with my wife and we reluctantly went ahead with the replacement. It took him about 40 minutes to do the replacement. The job was excellent and Dan was very plesant, knowledgable and willing to explain things to me very well. After he left I got a call and e-mail from BumbleBee Plumbing wanting a review. I told the phone representative that the job was fine, and that price was our main concern. He lamented that plumbers were expensive. Then I was able to look up the exact pump list price online and it was $292.00 for the Grundfos UP 15-29SUC/TLC nonsubmersible recirculation pump, (which,by the way, is stainless steel). Box of 3 for $559.90 from SupplyHouse.com. In summary, I got prompt and courteous service, and what looks to be a good job by a professional. Best estimate I can make is: Parts ~$300.00(assuming they paid the list price above). Labor $648.00 which included the time needed to drive and get the pump from a local supplier, and to install it which was about 1 hour. Total $941.00. I also got, but did not ask for, a detailed consultation on the state of my plumbing system and recommendations for an additional $1000.00+ of prophylactic work. I also got a promise to send me the estimate listing the things still needing to be done which I have not yet received. I feel this was way too expensive, and that Bumblebee planed to make me feel obligated to do a lot of unnecessary work. So my advice to you is to take the time to get at least 3 separate and hopefully FREE estimates from “A “ rated Angie's list plumbers before allowing work to be done.

Very good. Ricky was outstanding. Polite, professional and on time. He explained what needed to be done and why. He did the job quickly, clean and efficient. I'd definitely hire them again. I gave them a B on price because plumbing always come with a sticker shock. You're paying for their skill and expertise. I wont say dropping almost $800 for 6 connections is "excellent". I'd say it's probably average. The going rate for such a job.

When we called they were very polite and friendly. Got us on the schedule and gave us a window of time for when they would be here. Jim the serviceman called and was here exactly when he said he would be. When he got here he was friendly and very professional. He spent time figuring out what the problem was and then explained it. Come to find out that there really wasn’t in issue but Jim never made us feel foolish for calling them out. I will use Bumble Bee again for any other plumbing issues.

I cant begin to say how easy this was for me. Jim S. did a tremendous job, explained the entire process and made al the arrangements to complete the job. I highly recommend Bumble Bee plumbing.

Excellent service all around. The field service person, Jesus, was extremely efficient and professional. Went over everything with me concerning my problem and all other questions I had throughout my home. Would definitely hire again.

Ken was on time and started assessing the problems immediately. He worked hard and finished in a timely manner. We were very pleased with his service and will call Bumble Bee again if we have plumbing issues.

Ken was a wonderful service provider! We have a new chrome sink, and paid a very fair price for excellent service and a great quality product and installation!
