Outstanding! DeeDee help set up the appointment and Ken and Joel did the work. They were able to come out the same day. Work was done quickly and professional. Ken and Joel answered all my questions as the work progressed. I was very impressed. I originally called for the shower bur before they left I asked about the garbage disposal and they looked at it and also had the same disposal on truck and I was able to get the work done quickly. All work was done after a an estimate was given abd agreed upon - cost did not exceed estimate.

Scheduling was easy and flexible. Scheduler would not provide an estimate or range of cost of services until the plumber arrived and that person would give a quote. Sounds fair at first. Waited a week for the scheduled appointment. The job, very straight forward for a home less than 2 years old. Just needed a professional to come out and connect a faucet to the preinstalled water loop in a laundry room. The sink itself was already installed, so very minimal work for the plumber. He came and wanted to charge $635. for One Hour of worktime. Very smart of Bumble Bee not to quote prices or, give estimates over the phone. Because after a week of waiting, a plumber arrives and chooses to charge that much, they know that they have you backed into the corner to pay. I don't mind paying for work. However, I don't find such a simple procedure to be justified by that price and nor do I care to be gouged. I asked the technician for a breakdown of the pricing and said that he couldn't provide me with one, also he became defensive about us questioning the fees. He was very vague on he computes the pricing and what goes into the determination of the cost. Basically, it is not very transparent and I felt as though he charged us higher prices because he felt like it. We since then, cross referenced online average pricing for equivalent work usually runs around $250-$400. After letting the professional know how disappointed and how unusually high his pricing was, he did provide a $100 off the cost. Total in $532. Still very high for the work and still hard to justify paying that for something so straight forward.

Ken was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Took the time to explain/show me how to do certain things in case they were needed in the future. Prices were pretty reasonable...not the cheapest option out there, but you do get what you pay for. I will be hiring them again for any future plumbing needs.

Bumblebee Plumbing provides great customer service and quality results. I have hired them twice for plumbing repairs, and both times I have been very satisfied with everything. I had them replace a water heater, two toilets, several shutoff valves, and more. They are professional, including the use of mobile technology, and they know how to do things right. I will definitely be calling them again whenever I have plumbing work to be done, and I gladly recommend them to anyone.

This was no easy project since I live in a second floor condo. Currently there is no washing machine in place. I had gotten a few comparable bids for the job but Ken made the difference when he assured me he was up to the job. Part of the job required them to dig a three foot hole 7 feet long at the base of my building. They worked hard and non stop all day. Joel and MJ were polite young men and all three got along well all day, despite the 100 plus temperatures. I had no idea the job was going to be so extensive. A camera had to be installed to locate the drain. Which was done in advance to assure me the project could be accomplished in the first place. Dispatchers Craig and Cheyenne kept me informed each time a crew was enroute with an accurate arrival time to my house. Ken was there for the first visit and saw the project through the end. Questions were answered throughout the day and they even helped to document this part of my complete kitchen makeover by taking pictures for me inside the hole they had dug. I won't look anywhere else when the time comes to install the kitchen plumbing. This was a positive experience. Ken, Joel, and MJ made the difference.

Bumble Bee Plumbing -Inc Arizona was great from the first phone conversation with Shianne who was very sweet and understanding. The plumber who came to our house was Ken B, he was fantastic. He quoted us several different options. He never tried to sway us one way or the other. No relentless pressure sales and answered all our questions. Ken does excellent work. He answered all our questions even those that were not pertaining to our water heater. He put the water heater in a pan with a drip line so that we can see if it starts leaking. He was quick, neat, and very courteous. We’ve had other plumbers in our home, and Ken has been the best. If any other plumbing jobs need to be done, we will call “Bumble Bee Plumbing” and request Ken.

Nick did a fantastic job repairing and replacing our shower head. He was knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend him in the future.

Jim Ran cable through overflow cleared line. Water tested good. Removed old trip lever and installed single hole cover at no charge. Lavey sink clogged removed hair from pop up no charge. Jim was very friendly and figured out what needed to be done fairly quick. Over all an A+++ service from calling in and setting up appointment with Kristina to the work performed by Jim. I would highly recommend Bumble Bee plumbing.

Jesus worked on the drain for 3 hours & finally was able to get it draining he said he wouldn't give up until it worked and cleaned up the dirty mess afterwards. I was extremely impressed with his diligence & worked ethics I would highly recommend this company to my family & friends.

I had purchased a Moen faucet, but Nick showed me a Kohler similar to the Moen and now we are very happy with the final result.

Nick was very professional. He asked questions about the overall plumbing areas of the house and did a quick check to make sure everything was in order. He did a great job making the needed repair to our faucet.

Dan was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and communicated well. He made us feel he would do anything he could to help and advise. This is my new plumber. Glad to have Bumblebee Plumbing.

It went very fast and the job was done in about 45minutes. Jim was very personable and was able to answer all our questions. He told us if the situation returned that he would be able to use the camera and find out if it was possibly the city sewer.

They were able to get here earlier than scheduled. 21/2 hour delay to get part but completed the work quicker than promised on the return. One item was left on the invoice I declined. But over all a good experience.

Plumbing issue came up suddenly with water seeping from the bottom of both toilets in two separate bathrooms. I connected with Bumble Bee Plumbing through the Home Advisers website. Made contact at 1:50PM and by 3:00PM Ken arrived. Ken walked us through each step he took, letting us know the cost before doing anything. Ken was methodical in solving our problem, he was personable, funny, and clearly knowledgeable. Would definitely use Bumble Bee Plumbing again.

Taking off our kitchen faucet, he showed me the cost of hard water. It damages everything, including pipes. Dan installed our new faucet with new plumbing. He also put all new plumbing under the sink. He was polite, quick and efficient, even including a new basket strainer extra. I highly recommend Dan. He is also very attentive and will treat you right too!

Jesus was able to clear the clog with first step quoted. He cleaned everything after and made sure it was draining as it should. Very pleasant. I have used Bumble Bee Plumbing twice. Both times they have come the same day I called. Called to keep me informed on arrival time. Very customer oriented.
