I took my 2002 Dodge Dakota 4x4 in to Oasis to have the driver side ball joint replaced since on my vehicle the ball joint is a removable piece from the control arm.  Tony recommended that the entire Control arm be replaced and after a short explanation I agreed.  Since I took the truck in, in the afternoon they ordered the part for work on the truck the next day.  The work was done in less than a day. and for less than he quoted.  I seem to remember being quoted about $20 more than the actual cost.
Later while my son was driving the truck he experienced a bump in the steering while going around turns, more pronounced to the driver side and especially when he turned right..  We could see that the control arm may have come in contact with the shock support.  I took the truck back and Oasis took care of it right away.  The sound my son probably heard was the alignment bolt slipping.  There was never any danger and Tony made sure the  problem was corrected.  I agree with him in that alignment bolts sometimes work lose sooner than later.
In summary I am very pleased with the overall attitude of the staff, the location of the shop, and the price.  I will be recommending Oasis to my friends and will definitely use them in the future.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and very reasonable pricing and did not charge for an inspection.

I was able to drop off my car last minute and they started on it ASAP. A day later they finished fixing my car and the AC has been working beautifully.  They also informed me on some deals to help with the cost, being a college student every penny counts! I am grateful for their help and will plan on seeing them whenever I have a problem with my car.

Repairs were completed satisfactory.

I found Oasis Auto center on Angie's list 3 years ago and have used them several times for my wife and I. We have referred several friends there and they are all VERY HAPPY with the work they do.. Tony and his gang are very honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them for all your car needs.

Very well, the prices are good (perhaps could be a little lower but still, better than a dealer by far) and Tony is very courteous and polite. I didn't pay for services that I didn't need, which is the most important thing when getting your car fixed.

They were great. I went to a place I'd been before & got a bad feeling, so I went to Oasis instead. They were very honest - When they were replacing the fuel pump they broke something else. Instead of saying they found something broken they told me what happened, said it was completely their fault & fixed it without any issue. I feel like I've found my mechanic! They were very respectful & made me feel comfortable. I've never really felt that way as a woman needed a car repair before. They're prices were comparable with - even a little better than - other estimates as well.

Tony is very trustworthy, which is incredibly important. He’s nice, reliable, and professional. He runs his shop efficiently, and I think his prices are more than reasonable.

I took my car to Oasis Car Center for an Oil change, tire rotation, and my car was shaking badly over 30 mph. It turns out my right front tire had some separation and was not safe to drive. Tony was very honest with me and I really appreciate that. In past experience when one tire goes, the big tire stores have told me I had to get all 4 new tires (which I had done in the past). My car is at 77k miles and I got 4 new tires at 45k miles. Therefore in about 10-15k miles i'll need to replace all 4 anyway. Instead of pushing and telling me I should do all 4 now, he told me as long as you have two tires on the same axle with the same tread you are fine. That honesty won me over big time! Then I check his price with discount tire and they seemed to be about $13 cheaper per tire, but Tony nicely pointed out that he doesn't charge extra for mounting and balancing where discount tire would so it was actually cheaper at Oasis. He also could get the tire in quicker (next day) than Discount tire, and local Mazda dealer (it was a non common tire). On top of that I had a first time customer 10% off coupon. Its supposed to be good for one service but he took it off the whole bill!Overall the service was great, the honesty was fantastic and he was very responsive. Anytime I called he picked up before the first ring was over.Thanks Tony at Oasis!

Called and got a price for pulling codes due to engine light being on of $98 and they told me that they would apply 1/2 that cost to the repair.  They told me I could take the car there anytime without an appointment and they would be able to get us in for a diagnosis.  My wife took it into the shop and they took it in right away determined that it was the battery in about 15 to 20 min.  They replaced the battery and it seems to have fixed the early morning starting problem, but the car still does not start right up after gasing up.  They said the fuel cap is not tight enough, but did not have a solution for that.

All experiences with this repair shop have been positive. They have been responsive and turned around the maintenance/repair quickly. They've never tried to push us to do additional work of questionable need. I wouldn't say they are the most personable at the front desk, but I can live with that if the work is good and the price fair.

I originally came in asking for a coolant flush. They said they don't do flushes anymore, because they do damage and were unnecessary, which I have never heard of before. But they did drain and refill the coolant, and charged less than competitors for a coolant flush. Work was done quickly (half hour or less).

This family owned auto repair shop is very friendly and professional. The day I made the appointment I was given a written estimate. The day of my appointment the work was done within a few hours. I appreciate their attention to detail and would recommend this shop to anyone.

They were able to complete the repair in one day. They gave explanation of the repair and stated the estimate. I have used them on two occasions and intend to continue. Overall, I am quite pleased with their services.

I was very pleased with their work. They explained the problem very well and offered to give me the old part. On another occasion, the radio stopped working, and they checked all the fuses for me at no charge and advised me what my options were. The owner and his son are very friendly. They love cars and it shows!

VICTOR THE OWNER PERSONALLY TOOK CARE OF REPLACING THE TIRES ON OUR CAR. YOU WOULD THINK HE WORKED ON PIT ROW, HE HAD THOSE NEW TIRES PUT ON QUICKLY AND FOR A REASONABLE COST. I HAVE RECOMMENDED MANY PEOPLE TO HAVE THEIR CARS SERVICED THERE.

VICTOR GONZALES IS THE BEST. THIS JOB TOOK A LITTLE LONGER, BECAUSE HE NEEDED TO GO GET THE SENSORS, BUT DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THE SENSORS BECAUSE I WAITED ABOUT 3 HOURS FOR THEM TO DO THE WORK. I LIKED THE WAY HE TOOK CARE OF ME. HE FORGOT TO INCLUDE THE NEW SENSORS IN HIS QUOTE AND ATE THE COST OF THOSE BRAKE SENSORS.
