Description of Work: At first they seemed very good and professional. They did a detail look over with a black light to find the "dog urine." They ended up telling me that it was going to take a lot of the special pet cleaner. Total came to around $565 - that's a lot!! Well we were sick of the urine smell and they promised that if the smell came back they would come back and re-treat for free. Well it took them about an hour to do my living room and 3 rooms. They said they were done and left (without showing me the treated spots under black light again). So literally 2 weeks goes by and all our rooms smell like pure urine. We kept our dogs out and caged just to tile so I know for a fact my dogs never urinated on it again. So I called them to come back out to re-treat and they told me that the dogs urinated in every single spot they treated. That is physically impossible. And the fact that they said the "black light" showed they did. My husband and I were never showed the after product the first time. To pay as much as we did and not get our carpets re-treated like they said seems like a total scam to me.
