Tech was very professional and he knew what the problem was and repaired it.

We are very satisfied with our end product and it was a pleasure working with Glenn. Mike our installer was very professional and didn't waste any time installing our RO and water softener. I highly recommended them.

Glenn was great coming over for estimate and follow up. On installation day there was some confusion between what Glenn had quoted and what the plumbers said it would cost to do the job. There was a leak during installation which got some of my laundry room wet. After the job was done and the guys had left and I was cleaning up I noticed a leak/drip from a hose and called Glenn. the Guys came back and fixed the leak. About 2 weeks later I called Glenn as there was a kink in the drain hose. Was resolved a week later after I called.

After submitting my issue on service magic, they called me up and walked me through the fix over the phone. This saved me the service and labor charges. This is not something you see from a company these days. Thanks for all the help. I will definately use them again if I need any plumbing work done.

I had purchased a water softener from a different source however, after speaking with Glenn on the phone, he convinced me that I would have a very difficult time finding someone to service my new unit. I returned it and went with Glenn's product. He was very personable on the phone (he even offered to come to my home if there were any problems with his softener) I would highly recommend Mountain Fresh for their reliability and honesty which can sometimes be a rare commodity in the service industry.

We are very satisfied with the quality of water since having a water system installed. Glen met with my wife and I at our home, and gave a very detailed presentation. We appreciate that he wasn't a pushy "salesman". He showed us of what was available, provided comparisons/options, giving us the tools to make an informed decision. Not what we expected.
