They were so prompt in returning my call. Serviceman Hunter arrived , on time, and with proper tools and parts to do the repair. He was courteous and I enjoyed visiting with him while he worked. I will use them next year to install the new filters in my system.

Glenn is very easy to get hold with. I'm very busy and have a hard schedule to work with. Glenn referred me to the correct person to install my water softener and accommodated my schedule . The installation was professional and the price was very reasonable. I will contact Glenn again if there are any other needs.

Glenn was very prompt to call me after I placed my request. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and services that I needed. We got prices from other competitors and found they were all pretty competitive. I liked Glenn so we chose him. However they said they would be there by 1 pm, 1:30 pm at the latest and did not show up to do the work until after 5 pm. I was also not notified he was going to be late until I called to see where he was (around 4 pm) So while he did a fine job when he got here I was very inconvenienced by his lateness.

It was a new system not a repair or service...only downside was the service man did not take away the old system which is heavy yo move for the trash pickup

Glenn answered all my questions - happily and with excellent detail - he clearly knows his stuff!
