Glen was so helpful. He actually diagnosed the problem with my water softener over the phone and then guided me in what to do to correct the issue. He saved me a service call and did everything for free. What a honest businessman. If I have any problems in the future, he will be the first one I call. I would give him 6 stars if possible.

Glenn was very helpful. We purchase a water treatment system and RO and we are very pleased with both.

Called several plumbers to replace my cracked water softener tank. A lot of these AquaPure tanks were put in by contractors when the subdivision was built, and a lot of them have cracked. 3M sent us a free replacement tank, just had to be installed. All the other plumbers who came by either didn't know how to do it (so they gave a very high estimate) or just recommended an entire new system for 5x the price (Tin Men). In stark contrast, Glenn from Mountain Fresh gave me a solid reasonable estimate over the phone, understood exactly what had to be done. Within a few days his plumber Mike came over, on time, and changed out the tank, replaced the media and reset our system - all in about 40 minutes! He was professional, didn't mind me watching him do the job (I'm fascinated by this stuff), courteous, and the price didn't change. Plus the inside of his truck was orderly; that says a lot about a workman. What should have been a straightforward quick job turned out to be exactly that. We are definitely going to use this firm for future plumbing work. Absolutely first rate service for a very fair price.

The new APEC RO system I had purchased was installed professionally. The installer applied the technical knowledge required to overcome some minor issues and get the system installed correctly. He also fixed an unrelated issue that was most helpful. I found the pricing to be very reasonable even with the necessary add-ons.
