Great timing and great job!

Glenn was very helpful. He answered all my questions for three days that I called him. Not only did he answer all my questions he sent me brochures and information that I needed to make a sound decision. Then the test arrived at my house on Saturday. Answered all my questions once he I have before you start installing after he completed the installation he walked me and my wife through what we needed to do after set up. After four hours later I called the technician he picked up the phone he walked me through the last step that I had forgotten was very helpful. Hands-down best company I’ve worked with since I have been a homeowner I would recommend them highly to do your installation or any kind of work do you need it on your plumbing or water softener.

These people were very nice and wanted to be sure we had the right product and that the job was done as we expected. Very happy with our new softener!

Glenn gave me a water softener education. He offered several different options(and price points). A few weeks before we scheduled work to begin, my water heater died. I contacted Glenn again, and he said that they can do the water heater as well. He beat the other prices I got by a considerable amount. When install day arrived, the guys showed up on time, and got right to it. They were clean, respectful, and didn’t mind my mettling. They explained everything they were doing along the way. When they were finished, they made sure I knew about the operation of both units. They didn’t leave until all of my questions were answered. Being new to the area, I never owned a water softener before. I was glad that I chose the Mountain Fresh team to guide me through the process.

I am pleased with the prompt response I received when requesting contractors to sell me a water softener system. Glenn responded quickly to all my questions and provided very competitive pricing and warranty. His installation tech was very courteous and knowledgeable about the system being installed. Cleaned up the work site when completed. The system appears to be working well. A bit noisy when regenerating the resin, but I think that is normal. I am very pleased and would recommend them.

The Pinnacle water softener seems to work perfectly. It is automatic. Of course you have to load salt into it every month. But that is OK. Far better than the old water softener I had years ago where I had to turn valves, unscrew the top and load and stir the salt. If I knew a couple of years ago how simple these new ones are, I would have bought it then.

I was pleased with the prompt professional service provided. Glenn was prompt and helpful in responding to my request for model information and pricing as well as scheduling service. Frank the service rep was knowledgeable, courteous and installed our new RO system quickly without issues. Frank also solved a problem with my shower diverter valve within a matter of minutes that vexed me for several weeks.

A bit on the expensive side. But professional plumbers are expensive anyways. But they were extremely knowledgeable in what they came out to do.

These guys are the best and the least expensive. If you need your water treated and improved or anything related to water, call them first. Fast, clean and competent.

This company was excellent punctual and efficient I would recommend them to anyone. They also performed this service on a Saturday.

Hunter came on time to the appointment. He brought information on many options for a replacement water softener. I had bought a cheap water softener and never was really happy with it It has been 30 days now, and we are very happy with our choice. We chose the 2 tank system and really like it. You know it is a winner when out of the blue at dinner a family member comments on how much they like the water softener. .

They put a water system in my new home. I was very impressed with the owner Glen. He was very professional and knowledgable about what he sells. His son Hunter, was just as knowledgable and gave great customer service. The install turned out excellent and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a water purification system installed. It's an excellent system and the water tastes great!
