We hired Grout Lines to seal the grout in our new home. They were professional, personable and very helpful in more ways than just doing the project we hired them for. They left our home immaculate and we are very happy. We would recommend them for any service they provide. Thank you Ron, you were so great to work with!

They charged us $800 to install 18 square feet of tile (we provided the tiles). The job quality was poor, grout lines uneven, left a pile of grout dust behind. Avoid these guys.

This company far exceeded my expectations. It is a small company, but it's more efficient than any that I might have hired that others might know of and hire. I'll use them again and again. My guests arrived and raved about the shower that Grout Lines repaired -- the day before Grout Lines came to do the work I was thoroughly disgusted with the shower problem and wanted to move out of the house. Now it's a showpiece, and I'm proud of it again, and all because of this company! Highly recommended from me, a very picky and particular person.

I had repairs done to an existing tile floor. They responded promptly to my needs and did great work. The job cost more than I would have expected, but I agreed to it and they were able to do it within my time frame.

Much more was done than your drop down page allowed me to select. I had grout repair, broken small decorative tile, side wall travertine needed reattachment and travertine deep holes needed filling along with cleaning and sealing. Ron and Alec came out to do the estimate and within a matter of minutes completed it but since I knew nothing about the process, Ron was able to explain simply but fully what would be done and when I asked for recommendations he was able to give me the pros and cons of my options without trying to "sell" me something. The day of my appointment, they were there on time and got to work , completing each phase of the repairs, fillers, cleaning and sealing quickly and thoroughly.....and neatly!!! On the walk through, each issue they corrected was pointed out along with what to expect and what I heard in that walk through was pride in their work and a commitment to service. I had had the travertine cleaned and sealed before with unremarkable results. Today thanks to Grout lines USA my floors are repaired and cleaned and look better than new for a price that was extremely reasonable. Would I recommend Grout Lines USA? You bet I would.....5 stars isn't enough.

This is one of the best decisions I ever made in hiring a professional to come out and do repairs on her house. They came out and did all the work that we agreed upon at a fair price. They cleaned up and were respectful of my house. I told them I was having company out in the next two days,so they buffed the entire floor because I was unable to mop it for the next two days until the grout cured . The whole process was seamless and they gave great customer care!
