A week before the repair begin, Ron came and provided me with a free estimate and a detailed work list for what they would be doing and how much they would cost. I was impressed with the details and I hired them. A week later, Ron and Alex came. They completed all the works in 2 days as planned and I am very please with the result.

Getting the quote, scheduling the work and the day the work was done all went very smoothly. The owners and workers were professional, courteous and showed flexibility with any concerns or questions. The site was left clean. The workmanship was excellent. I would use Grout Lines USA again and would recommend them to friends.

Ron did a clean and very professional job replacing tile in my living room that had tented. Since I didn't have any tile left over from the original tile job 22 years ago, he cleaned and refurbished the tiles and regrouted them. The floor looks like new, now I have to have the rest of the tile grout cleaned.

Needed grout work (was crumbling) in the walk-in shower AND my saltillo tile cleaned. Explained all to be done, what was to be used, how long it would take, cost, added items. Showed up on time. Polite & respectful, nice. Didn't rush. Asked questions re: job. The job did go into the next day for a couple of hours. No big deal. Very pleased, would hire again. Highly recommend. ;-)

Ron is great! Everything you want in tile repair/recolor/sealing! Responsive, reasonable and fast to respond. No pressure to do a more expensive job, very considerate and clean... could not have asked for a more excellent experience! Floor looks amazing!
