It took a month before they could come out and do the project, but they came on time on the date we set up for the grout work. They were professional and did a great job.

There were a few things I did not like about the job , some of the grouting around the tile was left on the surface of the tub and also under the soap dish ...that wasnt grouted , there is still mildew under that part of it

They arrived at the agreed time. They were neat and curtious. Work was completed in less than 5 hours. The shower tiles now look like they were newly installed and not just regrouted and had the vapor board replaced.

The customer service and workmanship that I received from Grout Lines USA was superb. I would recommend them without hesitation. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable, thorough and reliable. I was provided with a detailed estimate that outlined the work that they were going to perfom. They arrived early (they called beforehand to see it it was okay to do so) and finished the job in a timely manner. I would certainly use their services, which were reasonably priced, in the future.
