Connie called me to set up an appointment. She called 2 days before to confirm and to go over what was to be done. They arrived on time and did a great job. I am so please with their work. My tile floors look like new. I will have them back to do my two bathrooms.

It was done timely

Calls were returned prior to hiring for this job as well as after the job was done. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job when they said. Overall a great experience. I would have given 5 starts for Quality but I want to see how it holds up over time (it has only been a month)

I had Grout Lines USA re-grout my tiled shower stall, floor and tub. I was so impressed with the completed job!!! I thought I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars to re-tile the bathroom. My bathroom looks brand new again and it only cost me a fraction of the cost it would have to re-tile. There is no need to live with unsightly tile and grout anymore. The job was completed in one day.

Received a call from company very quickly. Was given an estimate and full explanation of what the job would entail. Workers arrived at specified time and completed the job as specified in the estimate. Workers were friendly and took care not to track anything on the carpets. I am very satisfied with the work they did in my bathroom.

They were very courteous. Did a neat and clean job, and when my tile came off the wall a second time 3 weeks later, they came back and fixed it within 3 days, no questions asked.

They were very helpful. They gave my wife cleaning tips on the first visit. There were some plumbing issues that had to be resolved, and they were accomodating to our needs. The job was done in a short ttime, and I have had no further problems

I am very impressed with the excellent work done by Grout Lines USA. The owner himself, Ron, supervised his staff and personally worked on my floors for an entire day. Ron and his staff were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job on my kitchen floor and foyer. My marble foyer, thirty years old, seemed to be a hopeless case, but Ron worked on it diligently and produced a beautiful result that I never thought possible. I am very grateful to Grout Lines USA for making my home more beautiful, at a reasonable cost and in an efficient and thoroughly professional manner.

They were efficient and very helpful. My wife and I are visually impaired, and they made every effort to see that we were kept informed on the progress of the work, as well as giving guidance on the upkeep of the tiles. They called to confirm the project. They even called a week before the appointment. My wife wants the rest of the bathroom done, so I will be calling them, again.
