The owner of the company is on the job. He is very easy to talk with about what you would like done. Him and his worker did a great job on the grout and tile, looks so much better with the new work done.

Four years ago I had a grout repair company repair out to repair and replace grout in my bathroom shower and around my kitchen sink. They were still in business, so I called twice to have them come out again. No return call. I went onto Home Advisor for additional grout and repair companies. One company wanted me to take pictures of the shower and sink and then texted what the cost would be; another company I sent pictures to said they did not have the tool to repair the grout. Looking up another company I came across a video by Ron Martin, the owner of Grout Lines, USA. It is a family owned and operated company. He wasnâ t giving a sales pitch on how great his company was, but, talking about what to look for when considering hiring a grout and tile contractor. I then checked reviews of his company and licensed contractors. His company checked out. I called for an estimate and Mr. Martin came out to my home(from Chandler) in downtown Phoenix, looked at the areas I needed done, wrote up an invoice and explained his work. I hired him on the spot. The grout in my shower was chipping and cracking and Mr. Martin and his technician Alex replaced the grout and cleaned up after they completed the job. The grout in my shower and around my kitchen sink looks great! They were prompt, polite and professional. I would highly recommend to family, friends, and, anyone needing grout repair and replacement services.

The Ceramic Tile/Grout Repair Project went GREAT! Repairs, Cleaned and Refinished given the aging tile as best they could on 27-year-old time and bathrooms. My options were a complete tear-out, Repair/Cleanup/Subtle Restoration. I chose the latter for in attempting to update an older house it will take all your money to update and not move the resale price. So I AM VERY SATISFIED and PLEASED with the work performed by GroutLines USA, LLC. The bathing facilities are now watertight, functional, and looking ten years or so younger. I found working with Ron and Connie at GroutLines USA to be easy and on point. They are very professional, congenial, and care about the level/quality of work performed. Ron goes the extra mile and points out small things in a project that get overlooked that a customer may never recognize that will save you big repair bills down the road. Ron treats his customer projects and problems like they are his concerns and HE NEVER SETTLE OR TAKES THE EASY WAY OUT. BOTH Ron and Connie are east to contact, converse with and they will tell your straight up what they CAN DO or CANT DO so there is not EXTRA HYPERBOLE in the project conversation. You will always know where YOU and YOUR PROJECT STANDS on the timeline and in the completion of it. Would hire GroutLines USA again without a second thought! AND SO SHOULD YOU!!

Ron and Connie Martin have exceptional costumer service skills. Ron made sure that our floor was fixed the way it was. Price is reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

They did a fantastic repair for us. They fixed damaged areas, finished areas left undone by a previous contractor and matched the grout perfectly. They were quick, reasonably priced, did great work and were professional from scheduling through review of the work.

We had several (probably 12 or so) tiles worked on. Cracked tiles were removed and replaced. Lose tiles reset. Loose, missing, cracked grout replaced. It looked great initially but did not last. 16-18 months later, the new grout is separating from tiles, we have loose tiles that creek when you walk on them and a crack in one of the tiles that had been replaced. Nice guy but work just did not hold up. A good fix if you are trying to sell your house or hold you over until you can replace the tile.

The problems that needed fixing? They were not successful in fixing them!

Ours was a somewhat small repair, but they got to us quite quickly, and did an excellent job. If I didn't know already, I wouldn't be able to tell which tiles were reset or replaced, and which ones weren't. It was a very good job of matching.

Ron really, really knows his business. This is the third Grout company I used and it would have been the only one had I seen them first.

Ok, now listen. Do not search any further. I just turned around admiring our newly renovated ceramic tile floor by Grout Lines USA. Suddenly I realized what a tremendous piece of work was done. 170 tiles popped loose in our home. But not all of them, so the question was to give up and install a whole new floor or repair and replace the 170. We decided on the latter. Ron Martin is a professional who will make you happy with the result. His workers are very diligent and able. Fast but also most efficient. You WILL be satisfied with the beautiful work they do. CW
