Highly professional. Provided an estimate on a Saturday and undertook the task the following Thursday. I know a little bit about grouting and felt the work was professionally completed. They were on-time, completed the work promptly and left the site clean and tidy.

Pricey

Hired last year. They came 3 times to fix and re-fix the grout. It kept cracking. I finally filled it in with my own, and it doesn't crack. They kept blaming it on my floor. I had a new sub-floor. Since my own work didn't crack, the floor obviously wasn't the problem

I needed a hole repaired in a ceramic tile shower where plumbers removed an old fixture. Ron (company owner) and his co-worker installed a ceramic soap dish that I had purchased over the gap. They were meticulous about doing the job right. They also steam-cleaned the walls & floor and placed new caulk where needed. It was a pleasure to work with Ron--I highly recommend him.

Ron and his crew arrived promptly and did a fantastic job. The tiles look like the day we bought the home 5 years ago!

I had water leaking through the old bad grout in my fully tiled tub/ shower. The leak was dripping behind the taps & coming through to make a hole & destroy the ceiling drywall. Ron first came to estimate the job. He was flexible with scheduling. Ron & his partner removed all the old bad grout & re sealed water tight. It looks very good & hasn't leaked in the year plus since he completed it. This was a much better solution than another contractor suggested retiling the whole tub with a huge cost & time frame. Ron's price was reasonable & he did quality work. Thank you to them!

Grout Lines USA did a bathroom repair on my ceramic tile. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Some of the sheet rock had to be replaced and the wall needed to be re-grouted. They accomplished the complete task in one day and I would recommend them to anyone in need of cermaic tile repair or replacement. They were careful not to leave any mess after the job was completed. What I thought would be a big headache was solved by Grout Lines USA Thanks Ron & Connie
