They called us within 5 minutes of my signing up. Made an appointment quickly to check job. Connie called the night before to confirm the time for the appointment. Ron was very professional. Looked at what we wanted done and wrote up an estimate right then. We scheduled the job and they arrived on time and did a FANTASTIC job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.

Very pleasant, professional workers. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. The estimate included step #1 cost and if that didn't take care of the problem what #2 would cost. I knew exactly what to expect cost wise. They kept us apprised as they completed step #1 to be sure we agreed that step #2 was needed. Highly recommend!

Grout line was on time, professional and courteous. Ron, the owner came out personally to give an estimate and to oversee/perform the work. We were squeezed in before the holiday and the shower tile repair looked like brand new when they were done. I would use them again.

They seamlessly patched in 8 ������ 9 replacement tiles around holes created in the existing tiles after relic plumbing above the bathtub had to be replaced. I received a phone call the day before confirming the appointment and the team arrived as scheduled and on time. They carefully explained all the risk involved before proceeding with the job. I highly recommend Ground lines as they are one of the most professional I had used and would call them again when I need service.

The tile looked better than when I bought my home brand new three years ago.

They did a beautiful job repairing my worn out grout where I had tiles missing around the base of my tub as well as the entire length and width of the bathtub itself. On time, clean and professional. They also caulked around my tub to make it 'fresher' looking. Would definitely use again if need any more tile work.

They were by far the best contractors I have ever dealt with, definitely would use again for future projects.
