Arrived on time and did a great job. Took pride in his work and made sure we understood how to treat the newly installed tile.

They were one of the only companies that was willing to repair my cracked tile and grout instead of insisting I replace my whole floor. Ron and Connie were courteous and professional. When Ron and his assistant did the work they were quick, clean, and polite.

I had a small tile job and they were able to fit me in. Professional, clean and great work. I would definitely recommend them.

They are clean and concise with what they are going to do. They showed up on time and did the work that was said to be done. Even put down the carpet runners without me asking. Much better experience and customer service then I was expecting.

Ron was very friendly. He explained up front everything he was going to do and what to expect. We needed our flooring removed to put in a dishwasher and then replaced. He completed the job quickly knowing we wanted it done before Christmas. He also was able to fix a few other grout lines that needed repair in the same timeframe. We would highly recommend him and will use his services again!

Very good contractor

I needed a tile contractor on very short notice to tear out tile in our entryway to expose a foundation crack that needed to be repaired. The concrete repair contractor had to come over to our house to assess the size of the repair and needed all tile removed which was covering up the crack. I found Grout Lines USA on Homeadvisor and within MINUTES of sending out my request for a tile contractor, Connie called me to find out more about my project. She sent her husband Ron to my house THAT NIGHT so he could assess the job and give me a quote and he came back the following Monday to do the work. Ron ended up having to tear twice as many tiles out as planned, but did the job in record time so I could have the concrete contractor come over that afternoon and give me a price on that job. I highly recommend Grout Lines USA to anyone in need of tile repair or installation. They are reliable, reasonable, trustworthy and professional.
