Twenty-five floor tile had loosened after 20 plus years of being walked on. Ron pulled up all 25 without breakage and reinstalled with a grout that matches the old grout. He reinstalled Mexican tile around base of shower stall. This too had dopped off. Now the shower and the tile are sealed at his suggestion. This business owner understands the customer needs and sees beyond for a professional job well done! He's welcome anytime at my home for any tile - new or reinstall.

Ron arrived on time and started our projects right away. He is very professional, neat, explains what and why he is doing what needs to be done! We may have some other tile repairs in the near future and will definitely hire Grout Lines again. Not sure when we will get to this repair work right now--too many other things going on at this time!

Very punctual, professional....did a great job on my crack repairs and had a few tiles replaced. Love my new stained grout throughout. They actually finished a day earlier than scheduled! I would highly recommend -- plus, extremely punctual! Rare these days!
