Description of Work: I had an almost EXACT experience as the "D" rating from 5/1/2013. Horrible experience. After 20 minutes of being there and "waiting" in the tile/surface area, there was no response from any of the sales staff. The receptionist even called someone and still no response from anyone. At lest at the other pool places, we had a sales person talk to us about our remodel and give us an estimate.
